Mrs got to the stage she started sleeping downstairs. We finally decided to have a go ourselves, and after a few hours we finally got the cover off, and there was these 2 batteries, which I tested and both were dead. Ordered these 2 replacement batteries which were the same make and model, and when they came we installed them and the stairlift worked straight away. She now sleeps upstairs in a proper bed again.
