The material is very good, super comfortable, it has an insole that helps a lot to minimize the impact, I use it to train kung fu and it really was one of the best purchases, they came quickly, the sole adheres very well to train in floor, only when you get to a place that has a granite floor that this polished hehehe is complicated ... they slip a little, otherwise highly recommended this shoe, to do activities !!! I do not know if it is the best footwear for running or crossfit, but the truth is that to train 2 hour kung fu every 2 days! It goes luxury!

I tried 3 sizes to get my right fit. I'm a woman with large feet (size 11 or 10 wide) and went with the recommended mens 10/womens 11. These were too large and much too long. The shoes are marked with US sizes and the boxes are in European sizes. I reordered one full size smaller (mens 9) and returned the first pair. Second pair, too snug! Reordered again and the 9.5 fits just right. They are simple and cute, light weight like Keds.

I've been practicing Tai Chi for 15 years and teaching for 10. In that time I've had some good shoes and some terrible shoes. Went barefoot until plantar fasciatus. These shoes are the perfect balance between support and being able to feel the ground and root down into it. I hope you keep making thes - maybe I should buy another pair just in case! Did I mention that I've spent more than twice the amount and not been as pleased as I am with these?

If you want a sport show that is good for walking around in and going out to dinner, you will enjoy this shoe. If you want to play a game of basketball, not advisable. If you wanted to run a marathon--don't use this type of shoe. For a leisurely stroll to nowhere, if one has time for that--it is a great shoe! Moreover, maybe a good boarding shoe...haven't tested on a long board. Enjoy the shoe!

Second pair of these I've gotten. They're like Bruce Lee sneakers from the 70's. Super comfortable when they break in. People always say how they think they look cool.

I was looking for minimalistic shoes and did a lot of research. I tried more expensive shoes that were not as comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
