The media could not be loaded.  The product got my attention with the design at first and then I understood the game with digging the egg and checking about the figure with the info cards and after all of it which it takes some time to dig the eggs and read about your dino you get to the point that you need to literally DIY creating a dinosaur out of a balloon.listen, this is the first time I saw my daughter was actually excited from getting a new toy or a game! this is by far the best dinosaur toy I have ever bought and it's unbelievable to find such an amazing quality toy on Amazon these days!It's an amazing game a lot of fun and hours of stem creativity, for that price its a 5 stars and I would buy it again for a present or for any kind of event..

I purchased this dino egg kit for an activity for my girls to do for our Dino Week at school. The girls had so much fun digging their dinosaurs out of the eggs! They couldn't wait to see which ones they got. We really liked the dinosaur cards as well. They helped to reinforce our knowledge of each dino as well as vocabulary words like herbivore and carnivore that we had been learning about. Not only is the actual activity fun but they also love playing with the little dinosaurs once they dug them out. We can't wait to make the balloons later in the week! The only suggestion I would give is to make sure you wet the egg before/as you dig. It was definitely messier but much easier to break bits of the egg. We also used little plastic hammers to help dig. Overall, we're very pleased with this kit!

This is the best thing you can do for a birthday party. It kept the kids (ages 4 thru 9 ) occupied for more than one hour. The digging part is very messy, but it washes off everything, but totally worth it, the kids did required some help digging and putting the ballons together. At the end they enjoyed it and it's a combo activity and favor pack. The kids stay occupied and they go home with balloons that look like dinosaurs, dinosaur cards with information about dinosaurs and plastic dinosaur figurines. If your kid is into dinosaur as much as mine, he will absolutely love it.

Excited to put these in goody bags for my sons birthday party favors. One frustration is that some of the eggs aren’t easily marked with a number. Some of the eggs are very clearly marked. The number is supposed to be matched with a collectors card having info about the specific dinosaur in each egg. That being said… the concept is really cool… a small take home activity for the kids. Might be frustrating if the dinosaur doesn’t match the card… but still a fun goody bag take away imo.

This is one of my 6 year old sons favorite busy item! It keeps him occupied and he loves being an archaeologist! We’ve ordered these and received them as gifts quite a few times over the last few years.

A great idea for party bags. Kids loved these and entertains for quite some time. Depending on the age of child. May need some help to get started

My Daughter was 3 when I first started buying these for her she loves them see now 4 and she thanked for getting them for her. She loves dinosaurs big and in this case small.

I purchased this as a game for my sons 3rd birthday party. It was so fun the kids had a blast. We did a scavenger hunt out in the yard to find the eggs and then they came inside to open them. I suggest opening them outside or on a table with some plastic down. It’s very messy but easy to clean.

I chose this as my second egg digging set, because I liked how the dinosaurs inside the eggs looked cute and colorful. I got this at regular price (~$35) and at that price, I'd say it's still worth it because the balloons are so creative and cool. We soaked the eggs in water before we cracked into them as it would be easier for my 5 year old nephew and his 4 year old girl cousin to get into. Both couldn't wait to crack into their eggs and then the next egg! As for the dinosaur balloons, they were easier to assemble than I thought they'd be. I pretty much had do the whole thing myself because they can't really cut yet, but I got them to pick the part of the balloon they wanted to stick the dinosaur head and appendages and asked them to stick them there. FYI they have short attention spans, so they did lose interest while waiting for me lol. Thanks to the reviewer who said the sticks are on the bottom of the plastic carton! I thought they missing until I remembered reading that.

When I made the purchase, for the same price or less, it also comes with everything to make the balloon dinos, which are an even bigger hit with the kids. I want to mention that many things are packed UNDER the dino egg carton at the bottom of the box, so it is easy for people to think that there are missing parts at first glance. Downside: the clay dino egg digging creates a mess, so we did it in our backyard. The dino balloons alone are an excellent activity and aren't messy. However, we did these with 6-year-old kids, and at this age, they need quite a bit of help assembling the balloon dinos. Otherwise, it is an fantastic activity for older kids to do independently.

Bought this for Easter for my 5 yr old grandson and it was a a lot of fun.One recommendation, have them chisel the egg in a tray or on a table covered in paper or dollar store tablecloth.It’s MESSY but great fun.

Good product however very messy and hard to carve out the Dino’s with the small tool that is provided.
