I got the pillow to help ease my neck pain but this made it worse. I couldn't get comfortable with it.

Mine must be a dud
I'm pretty sure the one I recieved was somehow defective. I've had it for a few days now and thought it needed a day or two to take shape, due to the way it was packed and shipped, but it still remains completely flat. No dip or contour in the middle as the picture displays. So naturally, it's nothing special to rest my head on. I would like to get a replacement and update my review, but for now I'm not Wow'd like everyone else.

I knew my pillow situation was bad, and my neck troubles were getting out of control. I'm just over 30 and should not be in this much pain. I received this pillow as a gift and I was definitely excited, but I never imagined I would have so much relief so quickly! A single night sleep took down my pain by 90%. Now, a week later, I've felt even more improvement. I feel like tackling my daytime posture is no longer a lost cause due to pain and bad sleeping positions. Definitely a happy customer.I can make myself fall asleep when uncomfortable, but I would imagine that for a lot of people the weird hardness and shape of this might take some getting used to. Stick with it! It's worth making the adjustment!

Not what I would call a pillow
This pillow has the thickness of a heating pad and It smells awful I will give it 1 star only because it was delivered on time The company should pull this item

Used item was sent
Got it today. you can tell pillow was return by another customer. pillow case was not in bag and was full of hair.. Hair on the pillow as well...very very disappointed.

Defective
Pillow never expanded out even after a week of sitting out. It is still compressed flat. contacted seller several times with no response.
