Reliable yeast
I have used this yeast for years. I take out what I need for a recipe and replace the package in an airtight container or bag and stored in the freezer this package last me for 2 to 3 years at least. I've never had a problem with this yeast, works every time

The absolute best yeast!
We bake bread at least twice a week, and I wouldn't use any other yeast. This is the best! I store it in my freezer and just take it out when I need it!

Excellent Results
King Arthur flour & SAF yeast give me excellent results. When I first started out attempting to bake bread I used several different brands of flour (always unbleached & unbromated) & yeast. My best results are always with KA & SAF. Even my big Italian family noticed the difference when I switched to KA & SAF. Quality ingredients really make a difference.Tip: I buy the 1 lb package of SAF & store it in an air tight container in the refrigerator. I take only what I need for baking on a particular day & return the yeast to the refrigerator. I’ve never had my yeast fail to perform & it lasts a really long time.

Best yeast
After reading some reviews and seeing some recipes mention how great this yeast is, I decided to try it and have baked several focaccias and breads and there is a difference from other yeasts. It is fast rising and produces a great bread.

Seems like a good product.
So it definitely came as a hard brick. I really only have two issues not that I necessarily I’m gonna write it down for those things, but let me point out not all of us are the brightest lightbulbs in the bunch. That said, it took me quite a bit to figure out how to open the bag because you had to cut so far down. I don’t know how you would ever reseal it, which is to me a little problematic because I wasn’t expecting to have to find another container to put it in so I would suggest you mention that in your Advertisement materials that you sent with it something I unfortunately keep my glass jars so I had ones appropriate to put the stand once I opened it but again I would definitely give that some consideration because not everybody is a bottle saver and I don’t think keeping it in plastic is a great idea for yeast even if you triple bag it, I saw somebody suggest it and keep it in the freezer. I think you’re just setting yourself up to get mold and Did used my other complaint is that there’s no expiration date or use by date on it now maybe there was an was rubbed off, but I can see no place anywhere where it’s clearly evident that’s what it is. There is a seam that has some numbers on it that from my days in retail make me think it has a expiration date of 2024 which doesn’t necessarily mean anything to me because I will keep it until I use it whether that’s 2024, 20,25, 20,26, 2030 because I know these things don’t go bad that quickly but it does give you a moment a pause to see that there isn’t a date anywhere for best used by that’s clearly labeled so again another suggestion if there’s supposed to be one as I saw on one of the videos it’s clearly not going out on every bag so manufacture a check your bags cause either somebody’s not doing their job , or you should be more clear about what the best use by date is somewhere because certainly it’s not clearly evident to anyone who hasn’t worked in an industry that would help them decipher. What was an expiration date are used by date simply by looking for numbers on the bag.
