Nice but I need practice
Used to work the sushi bar and didn't get to make these daily so I bought my own pan. Made Tamago on the regular and finally got my recipe right. Eggs were getting expensive here though.

Legit!
Wow, this thing is legit. The handle base is welded to the pan base (not cheap rivets). Has a solid "heft" that screams quality. I'm super happy.

Great product but handle could be stronger
I like the pan a lot. It’s compact and looks awesome. One note though the connection could be made more stronger.

A wonderful addition to my kitchen!
While not particularly easy to use, after a few tries, this produces the best tamagoyaki I’ve ever made. I imagine there are more user-friendly pans out there, but I love the traditional feel of this handmade (in Japan) piece of cookware.

Pretty
Non stick is easier to use, the look nice but hard to get the eggs from sticking

Great authentic tamogotaki pan Japan made
Great pan exactly as described. Makes great fluffy tamagotchi. Lid is a nice touch and great for serving. Copper coating did discolor but doesn’t affect function

Fill the pan 3/4 full at low heat to season the pan
From previous experience fixing our restaurant pan, I have found the tiny nail will fail. So I went ahead and inserted the handle, drill a pilot hole and screw in a medium size screw. Fill the pan 3/4 full at low heat to season the pan too. Enjoy making your tamago

Worked great for me first time. Do make sure you season the pan before first to ensure the eggs don't stick. As noted by others, the little provided nail used to secure the handle is entirely inadequate. Replace it with a screw for a more secure connection; predrill a hole first.

Almost impossible to use without eggs completely sticking to pan which then can't be scrubbed off

best quality copper tamagoyaki pan made in Japan and created the best Japanese rolled omelette, read the instructions provided before use to adhere the hands to the pan to then master the art of the cooking technique. best size for the omelette.

Good quality, good termination, only for one thing I don’t give you 5 star, poor packaging, bubble bag and you see the wooden lid has a lot scratches
