It lasted me a while but lost it's comfort very quickly and now it's falling apart a bit over 2 years later. Which is pretty soon given the price.

In my opinion it is a bit expensive for the materials it uses. For example, on the left armrest two stitches were coming out before I started using the chair. On some areas of the chair, the leather is a bit folded and I've been only using the chair for a week and a half now, and I only weight 64kg. It is folded from the weight because it wasn't like this when I mounted this, also it is only a bit folded in the front left side. At the opposite side it is ok as it should be.The footrest is nice. I thought it was weak but it is actually useful and comfortable. The neck and lumbar pillows are a very nice touch too.I don't rock the chair, but the left back screw keeps making noise. I tight it but after a days use, in the end of the day the chair squeaks a bit and I find the screw again a bit loose again.Overall, I like the chair, I just find it a bit expensive due to the issues I'm facing. I was expecting for this price (220£) the quality of the stitches and the squeaking wouldn't happen. At least not only with almost 2 weeks of "work" use, that is around 8-10 hours of use per day.

I've had it for around 2 weeks now and I am quite happy with it. It's quite comfortable. Quite pretty as well, standing apart from the colorful gaming chairs. Doesn't look cheap at all, the PU leather is quite soft, and it looks resistant (apart from the foot support)Improvement points:- The neck pillows stripe is a bit loose which makes it hard to raise. But can always be tighten around the higher part of the chair.- The foot support has been working well but it would be nice to extend it a bit further and I am always afraid of putting to much pressure because it doesn't seem very resistant. No problems so far tho and makes a difference providing comfort.- The back pillow is comfortable but I wouldn't call it is massaging my back with the vibration - also it is quite loud.Apart from that very happy with it! Totally recommend it for the price/quality, and my back as well.

Included different parts to what was shown in instructional video (washers and bolts etc). Chair assembly aside, it functions well with the vibrating massage and footrest, but this was spoilt by shoddy workmanship on the part of the supplier. Some staples came loose after assembly and (in one instance) actually tore my finger open. After a few weeks of use it is still comfortable but already creaking and doesn't feel as sturdy as I would like. Attempted to start a dialogue with supplier to replace footrest (where the staples had come loose) but after multiple attempts using Amazons mediation service, attemots have been ignored.

I wanted to buy myself this chair because my mate got it as a bday gift and its sooo good but this is a review mainly on the customer support.I ordered the white version of this due to my white/purple/pink theme room.A day after ordering it it got dispatched which was early than stated which is great.Two days after ordering i was emailed by the seller saying that they have had a problem with a mass loss (aka broken chairs in the warehouse) my chair was already sent out before they got the report so they decided to send my one back so i would not risk any charges sending it back if it was broken. They have sent me a refund request that will take 5/7 days which is awesome support you can tell they care about the product they are putting out and the customers. Will be keeping my eye out for when they are all fixed n good as i really need a new chair ;)

I loved this chair at first, and I can't say I hate it now, but I'd certainly expect more from a £200 chair.It's very comfortable, allowing you to sit in it for long periods, and the size is about right. Recline works well, and the foot rest is ok.However, it has developed a lot of squeaks, and I have to regularly re-tighten all the screws. It's now also a bit.... wobbly? Some of the seams under the front of the seat aren't sewn right into the seam, so every so often I have to tuck them back in.As I mentioned, I expected a lot more from something in this price range. My previous chair was £35 from Ikea, and lasted 10 years (though not as comfortable, admittedly). I'm really not confident this one will do the same.

Nice style and the leather is comfortable, but the build is a little off. I have rebuilt this twice now, all the nuts and bolts in the right places, and the back slopes off to the right. I'm 6'3 and the top of the chair sits into the back of my neck. This was definitely not built for anyone 6' and up.The leg rest feels a bit tacky and doesn't do much more than support the back of your knees. Once again I think this is a size issue.It's fairly comfortable and looks nice, but a regular office chair could beat it out if you're using it for more than a few hours a day. A bit unfortunate.

I will admit, assembly was a bit finicky, and I even managed to slice myself when trying to screw in the mechanism cover on the side (those black parts are VERY sharp), however apart from that, there were no further issues in the assembly.I've used this chair for a full day so far, the massage function is excellent and my back didn't get tired at all despite being glued to the chair and rendering for pretty much 12hrs straight! The footrest is also pretty great, I never thought I needed one till I got this chair. The material is really sturdy but soft to the touch and I've got to say, I'm incredibly glad I got this chair! Delivery was also surprisingly fast considering my chair hails from all the way in Germany.All in all, it's an awesome chair!
