CAPSULES ARE BIGGER THAN NECESSARY & HORRIBLE TO SWALLOW EVERY DAY. THEY USED TO USE SMALLER CAPSULES THAT WERE PERFECT & THEN CHANGED TO BIGGER ONES. I COULD SEE THRU THE CAPSULE TO SEE THAT IT WASN'T EVEN FULL, SO IT WAS CLEAR THAT THEY COULD HAVE USED THE SMALLER CAPSULE. I WROTE THE SELLER & THAT WENT NO WHERE! THE NEXT TIME I ORDERED I FOUND THEY STILL USED THE OVER-SIZED CAPSULE BUT THEY CHANGED TO A COLOR THAT DOESN'T ALLOW US TO SEE THRU IT TO KNOW THAT IT ISN'T FULL. WHAT AN INSULT! INSTEAD OF REVERTING TO THEIR SMALLER CAPSULES THEY CHANGED TO A NON SEE THROUGH CAPSULE SO BUYERS COULDN'T SEE THEY AREN'T FULL & THE LARGE SIZE IS UNNECESSARY. I WROTE THEIR MAKERS & GOT NO RESPONSE. I AM RESEARCHING FOR AN ALTERNATIVE TO THIS PRODUCT SO I CAN STOP BUYING THEIRS.

Zalestra Pre-menopausal and Menopausal Capsules
This product has been a life saver for me! I have been using it for several years. I am a very health conscious person but as I got older I found that no matter how much I exercised and how carefully I ate, weight became an issue. I fell into that group of women who put on weight when they entered the Pre/post-menopausal stage. I tried this product, regularly exercised and ate carefully as I have always done and the weight came off. Adding Zalestra to my daily routine is the only change I have made. Life Saver!!
I didn't need so many bottles when I first purchased but I recently started my menopause and realized they were in my cabinet. A real life savor and I definitely see the difference when I don't take them. They control my hot flashes and the discomfort associated with menopause. Good stuff but after 6 months my body got use ...
Good stuff but after 6 months my body got use to it and started to get my symptoms back. I tried this several time and in 6 months the symptoms always returned... :-(

I take it to avoid prescription hormones that have side-effects.I have been taking it for almost 6 years, and if I stop, after few weeks, I get hot-flash and the other female menopause sexual discomforts. It works....but Canada still doesn't recognize its effect.
