The unit was simple to install although I was fortunate in having a safe electrical supply close to the toilet which made life easy. The actual fitting of the seat to the existing pan was very easy and even the disconnection of the water supply and subsequent re-connection to include the seat was also straightforward. And what about in use? Well, if this was a German website I would be able to wax lyrical and in full detail as they love a toilet joke.story. However this is a British website so I need to be more circumspect! The unit seems to do pretty much all you would or could expect of it. You can adjust the temperature of both the water and the drier as well as the pressure of the water. You can also move the water jet in relation to your seated position. You can also use 'massage' and 'pulse' modes although these seem a bit gimmicky. There is a choice of 'wash', bidet (female) or enema as the basic cleaning systems. The wash one is gentle but the enema one is quite powerful and certainly effective. Net effect? Very good. Even the drier is effective enough in the time span allocated. Sadly, there is a problem. Having bought this one I have found all other toilet units have been abandoned and I am being pressured to buy 2 more. They are not cheap and if I am honest I question why they are over £500 when other models can be just £250 and seem to have all the same options. Not sure there. All I can say is I am very happy with the unit and the quality and delighted with what it achieves. yes, bi bi Andrex!

Bought from brookpad.co.uk. (but shipped from Poland with a £80 import duty!)This product worked initially, but within 2 months has fallen apart while used by 2 careful adults.Brookpad refuse to give a refund. I wish I'd never heard of this terrible Polish company. Any support requests are responded with links to terms and conditions on the website.
