Core Prodigy Fit Grips 2.0 Thick Bar Weight Lifting Big Grips

I bought these as much for the bright yellow color as anything. They are a very bright yellow and easy to locate. I have had Fat Gripz (TM) and similar grips. These seem to be easier to open up more easily than others possibly due to a different kind of "rubber". One paricular brand was very difficult to pry open to attach to the larger than one-inch dumbbell handles at the commercial gym where I workout. The circumference a is 159 mm (50,61 mm diameter ). Or 2 inches in diameter. The inside hole is 23.5mm or slightly less than one in diameter. The length is 4-1/2 inches or 114.3 mm. These are my new favorite handle thickeners.

I normally take my time to write reviews on anything I get from Amazon: to test the claims made by seller/author of product.Yesterday I used these puppies and:* Built is quiet sturdy* They fit both my dumbbell bars as well as my reg bar with easy on/off.* Yellow color makes it easier to find them, especially if you work out at home and have all your stuff in closet.* My forearms, which most of us skinny men struggle to get them pumped, are getting a good work-out... right on first use.* Rubber material prevents bar from sliding, though if using them with bare hands, sweat might get it slippery. Gloves will solve this as I use gloves.I do feel it more on my forearms (that is with exercises that target my forearms), but also feel it when working on biceps as thickness allows hands to be more open, which consequently activates forearm muscles.To summon: The product does what author claims it will do. I will do an update based on durability. I do switch them from dumbbell bars to my regular bar.

I could have sworn I already reviewed these, but . . . here I go again.They're great. They do exactly what they claim they will do.My friend and I hated them the first two weeks we used them.Then, a month later, I went from doing a 175 double overhand deadlift to doing a 265 double overhand deadlift. So we definitely saw major improvements.We did other grip work as well, but these were instrumental in our gains. We love them now.

 I did a video review of these grips. I hate them! I want my money back. They are freakishly thick for regular sized hands. They are for the freakishly big hand people. I mean come on people. Come up with something simple and comfortable. How many of us actually have big hands that can wrap around these things?? I got no comfort at all using these. You wasted my time and money with these. Now what am I gonna do?? I still need grips!!! Nothing on the main area of this listing said they were 2 inch thick. It said 2.0. What does that mean to you all??? 2.0 doesn’t mean 2 inch thick does it?? And also how in the world are we gonna know what 2 inch thick feels and looks like from stock photos?? Even if it said 2 inch thick I wouldn’t know if it will work or not. I can’t determine what 2 inch thick is from a listing online. The bad side of ordering online. I suppose I need 1 inch thick then??? What’s wrong with keeping it simple. How many of us need a 2 inch thick grip??

I purchased my first set of Fit Grips a month ago. Right away I could feel the difference in my forearms and fingers. After three weeks of working out with the grips, I purchased a second set because I workout utilizing a circuit approach which cuts down time and increases intensity. One circuit for the lower body and one for the upper body. I tend to use both sets more in my upper body workouts. Both of my orders arrived as promised, and were well made. there is no problem putting them on the bar, they are firm but soft. I am glad I selected this brand....

They work awesome! The first time I used them they were difficult to slip onto the bars after multiple use it was easier them slip on. These make light weight feel super heavy. I was looking at the fat grip brand but they were higher priced, I was not sure if I liked them or not since I have never used them before so I decided to get these ones cuz they were more affordable. Overall I love them great product I use them on dumbbells and Olympic bar light weight of course. Highly recommend but this is the only one I have tried.

I ordered two pair of these. One for the gym bag, and one for home. They slide on one barbells and dumbbells easily and really challenge basic exercises without having to go heavy. There is a bit of a gap when using it but I'm sure thats an issue with most brands. Would recommend.

These things are awesome. Great for working forearms and concentrating biceps. A great alternative to the Fat Gripz and half the cost. Highly recommended
