(2) Rotate to allow your bikes to be carried with the wheels level to the ground and provide greater ground clearance. (3) Come standard with a locking knob for added security.(4) Are deeper and wider to accommodate up to a 2" frame tube. (5) Have a soft Kraton vinyl cushioning, which is grooved for cables and provides a secure, scratch free ride for your bike.
