Yup...!... what a waste of money.!. I had to wait 'SUUUUCH' a looooong time for this to arrive that sending it back would be the worst idea EVER! ... mine just never worked from i took delivery of it!... cold water and yer hand will save you 30quid guys, and is waaaaaay more reliable. Am soooooooo dissapointed 😔😔

Great product, very effective.
Great product, for some guys it might be easier if they use lube, however I prefer it without, overall its a great product and deserves 10 stars and not 5, its very effective and the vibration options really helps to finish, the voice is japanese but it doesn't make a difference as it feels like she is there, and the rubber is very easy to clean. Would definitely buy it again.
