I think there might be better formulations out there for the money.

Make sure you take them as directed and stay strict on dosing. These will definitely help in the gym if you know how to actually lift and exercise right. Don't expect over night results or a miracle supplement though. That doesn't exist yet! So be patient, keep on lifting, and the results will come with the proper DIET, and the proper exercise ROUTINE!

Product repeatedly induced mild nausea within 15-30 minutes. I have previously used other formulations of epicatechin with zero untoward side-effects. Something apparently different about this one. When I contacted Olympus Laboratories by email AND telephone requesting a refund, I received a call back the next day. When I explained the issue to the gentleman, he told me that the ingredients were biochemically innocuous, and thus my nausea could not be due to the product. With a Ph.D in Microbiology and subspecialty in biochemistry, I told him I was not making it up and detailed my consistent experience of nausea. He said that he was not authorized to do anything and that his supervisors would respond promptly to my email and address my concerns. To date, over a period of a week, I have sent two secondary follow-up emails for a total of 3, but have received ZERO response from this company. The truth is that it is virtually impossible for any buyer of this product to ascertain the purity and potency of the product without access to expensive laboratory equipment. Therefore we must rely on our confidence in the integrity of the supplier/manufacturer. What this tells me is that despite verbal telephone assurances that the company stands by it's product, the inescapable reality is that the company is unresponsive, and thus defensive. In my view, such conduct is irresponsible, inexcusable, and even dangerous. Evidently, Olympus Laboratories places a very low priority on the health, safety, and satisfaction of it's customers.

great product but cant see much difference from old formula that was cheaper.

Product arrived fine. I gave it a one star because the main ingredient they derived the epicatechin from is soy. Anyone who is knowledgeable in the supplement knows the counter productive estrogenic property of soy making this product useless. I'm very disappointed with Olympus labs, I have bought their products for years and this is not satisfactory.

Notices three changes and only one was positive.1. Sex drive did increase2. Extreme fatigue. Long daily nights and drowsy during the day as well3. Stomach issues - had nausea, diarrhea, bloated, etcMay just be me. I tried to push through it but gave up after two weeks. All side effects disappeared after two days of being off.
