Large enough to smoke three full racks with low and slow ribs, our Big Joe III also comes standard with the revolutionary SlōRoller Hyperbolic Smoke Chamber. The SlōRoller insert uses the power of cyclonic airflow technology to control heat and smoke. It is designed to perfect the taste and texture of food at low and slow cooking up to 500 F and can be easily replaced with heat protection plates when searing or grilling at higher temperatures. It also features a thick-walled, heat-resistant shell that locks in smoke and moisture at any temperature. Safety Warning Fragile handle with caution. Do not move the box without straps.
