Induction Innovations - Mini-Ductor 1″ Pre-Formed Induction Coil (MD99-610) - Long Lasting, Insulated, Flexible Accessory for Mini-Ductor Series

Coil arrived quickly and worked well. The pic of two coils is an original bolt buster brand coil and the induction innovations is on the right. Similar construction other than the bolt buster brand uses tinned copper wire. I'm no expert so I don't know if that matters in this application. The performance is the same or similar as is the price, but this one got here much quicker. The only thing I noticed was the insulation seemed to darken quicker than my other ones. It's still pliable and not burned but it darkened on the first use. I have two other sizes to test so I will update.

As a professional automotive technician, one of the many tools in my arsenal is a "Magnetic Induction Heater tool". I use it often as it is perfect for heating nuts and bolt up where an open flame torch is dangerous to surrounding parts. The coils for these tools are consumable and need to be replaced often. You can extend the life of your coil by not touching it directly to the piece you are heating up. The insulation will eventually burn if contacted directly to the red hot work piece.This Induction Innovations coil is very nice. I would say these are the premium brand of induction coils. The coil is pre-formed with a 1" round opening with a height of 1" as well. The entire piece is about 8" long. The fiberglass insulation is very durable and holds up better than some of the less expensive coils I've used. These will fit nearly any brand of hand held induction tool.Yes, the price of this coil is greater than others but I feel it is worth it for such a premium part. The materials it is constructed of will last twice as long as cheaper coils (in my opinion). Especially given the fact that this is a USA made piece, I give this Induction Innovations coil 5 stars.

Fits perfectly into the induction heating gun and heats up stuck and frozen bolts in about 30 seconds. Let them cool and formerly stuck bolts can be removed.Great quality coil, different styles to apply heat to fasteners in different locations. Fits the induction branded heat guns perfectly.

This is much heavier heat-protection sheathing compared to the ones that my inductance tool came with. This appears to be made out of copper as it has some weight to it. Plug-and-play!
