EXPLORCE Upper-Body Definition I Pushup Handles Training System I Pumped Chest, Good-Looking Round Shoulders and Nice Defined Triceps

Just wanted to post a picture of a modification that helped improve the product. I attached a non-slip rug backer with double sided tape. It really helps prevent this mat from sliding on my hard wood floor. The handles that were included are ok, they feel cheap... on the plus side they easily break down for travel. The down side is with my body weight they wobble during use which pretty much ruins the experience... in other words the handle rocks & feels loose in the base. I use the mat now with the Tony Horton pushup handles... they're expensive (i don't like that they're plastic, albeit very beefy plastic) but they're durable and never wobble.

While the mat is not very good, material wise, the positions on it are very useful. The handles are the important part, and they're great. You're basically buying the handles with a chart of how to use them best, I would suggest putting that to the side and just using it as a reference.

I bought this for my 13 year old son, who is a swimmer, for dryland training at home. The mat is not very thick and there for doesn't lay perfectly flat on the floor, which is why I gave this 4 stars. But other than that he likes that he can put the handles in different places to make different muscles work and to change up his work out.

Just received. Product seems to be as advertised. I agree with others that the mat should be used as a guide only. It doesn't seem durable enough for continued use on it.

This has been great for travel so that I can still maintain/keep my routine going with push ups.
