Be aware that the metal is thin. Only two of the five really worked the way it showed. One of them the magnet fell out while I was making the bracelet. One would not let me put the little pin in the grove, it was just out of whack. The other just barely allowed the pin to go in and would pop out. The magnets may be strong enough to hold without the pin but I try to sell my leather bracelets and my buyers want things to work the way they should. I ended up using three of the clasps and hoping for the best.

I used these for the clasp on wine markers I’m making. I made a set of six different colors and I think they’ll be perfect for any party when serving wine. This was my first one to try using the kumihimo braiding with beads technique. The clasp fit perfectly and I glued it on with super glue. My only complaint is that the magnet comes apart very easily. If I were using these on a bracelet or necklace, I would definitely attach a safety chain.

May work for lighter work, but magnets not strong enough to hold my 5mm leather bracelet.

Product arrived in a small bag with all pieces it claimed. They have a nice shiny metal look. Magnetic clasp is quite strong. The twist to lock it in place doesn't really work well, it is constantly sliding out of the locked position. I purchased these to make horse hair bracelets. Luckily the magnets are strong but I have had the bracelet pop off a couple times.

This product arrived when expected, and I like them. I purchased them to fit on the ends of 3mm leather cords; however, I had to trim the ends down a bit to get them to fit. The actual magnets themselves are a little weak, but I feel they do the job.
