I was skeptical of buying this at first, thinking it would be a thin waxy woven material, but I'm glad I ordered it. It is of excellent quality, good heavy weight durable fabric material as described and fit my couch very well. While not 100% waterproof, if the water is allowed to pool for periods of time will seep thru, ours are in a gazebo and as long as you keep the covers on properly where they slant and do not allow pooling, the water runs right off and it keeps the pollen, dust and other debris that blows around off the furniture. There are vents in the back and it breaths so no moisture builds up inside and it goes on/off and folds easily into very compact square folds, we store it with the chair covers we also ordered in a side table storage area. I'm very happy with this and highly recommend it. The quality is excellent for the price and would buy again for sure.

I'm confident that this cover will protect the furniture and cushions from rain and dust. The material seems breathable, plus the vent will ensure air flow and lower the chance of mildew.

I bought another type of cover and they were terrible. These are quality and obviously water repellent. I like that they include tiedowns and Velcro straps. We live on a windy hill.

UPDATE: after my initial review posted, Sun Patio Direct reaches out to me. They offered me a replacement and sent the newer, taupe colored cover. It’s a bit larger than my original, so doesn’t fit as well. However, it does seem to be better constructed. I’m so far impressed by it—even more than I was by the original. I think this product is worth the investment. I will say even more so, if it lasts beyond next spring.Initially I was as impressed by this cover as others. The fit is great and it did a good job of protecting my furniture. However, in less than one year, it has split straight down the middle because it has dry rotted. Also, within weeks it was showing signs of mildew. At that time I reached out to the company about suggestions for cleaning it, or better protecting it, and received no response. I’m so disappointed that a product that I felt so strongly in favor of in the beginning has lasted less than a year—and we haven’t even had a winter!

The cover is durable and heavy material! Highly recommend!

This works great to protect my outdoor grilling station from the elements. Fits perfectly.

I have not used this cover long enough to say how durable it is. Just purchased it a month ago. However, we have had rain almost every day the past week and this morning when I pulled the cover off - my loveseat was completely dry. It's now hanging up and has already shed the little water that remained on it. I like the tie downs. There is velcro for the legs and a rope with sliding toggle that will cinch in bottom to keep cover from flying off in the wind. Time will tell how it does but for now I'm completely happy with it.

This heavy duty waterproof cover fit my couch perfectly and has protected it from pollen and dirt. It’s very sturdy with vents to allow under cover circulation. This is important in my semi tropical climate.

See UPDATE BELOW: Already starting to mildew, but it has been raining for weeks now. Work great in the summer for keeping the weather off, but now that the fall is here stuff is just as wet underneath as the moisture is coming up from the wet ground below the deck....Time will tell as far as durability, but I do like the kitty-corner tie down strings, means you can lock them tightly onto the furniture. Bought all couch ones as two chairs side by side fit under a couch cover. Measurements are accurate so measure your furniture first!Update: Barely lasted a year. A bit of mildew here or there I'd expect, but these have basically disintegrated. Definitely not good value at this price point. Tarps would last one year and are 1/6th the price. Disappointed. These are even under a shade sail for most of the summer as well.

The product looks good and offers a good coverage during winter. The fabric seems to be good quality, but some sewing might seems fragile a bit. That being said, we were in contact with the seller and the customer service is very good. I would recommand, knowing that if you have a question or a problem with the product, you'll be in good hands.

Finally set this up. I've used cheap tarps before and had to tie them down, etc. This took no time at all. The velcro on each corner is great as well as the drawstring. I have an open condo patio and it gets windy AF out there. I was able to store more than just my furniture away. I have this 3 pc set & it's the perfect size with a little room.
