This is the worst terminal I ever used.They get tempered in no time. When you call Dejavoo they blame the customersthey say it gets tempered when its too hot, too cold ,if you move it too much, if you push the card hardand if the card has a scratch on the chip it kills the machine.UNHEARD OF and a waste of money but since they have no competition they are using it to their advantage. I believe they make them extra sensitive on purpose so you need to change them every month or two. I cant wait for someone to copy the programing and use a different terminal.Oh and if you use it with a pin padit will freeze . Zero start would be the truth.

Not a good product. Throws Tamper Alerts
Probably one of the worst credit card terminals I’ve ever used for my merchants. I’ve replaced almost all my merchants terminals at least once. These Dejavoo terminals throw what they call a Tamper Alert. No clear reason for this but Dejavoo charges you $90 to fix the issue which I believe is Just a reset on their end. It almost feels like your getting scammed. To a merchant who buys one you might never notice. But as rep I’ve bought a ton and 75% have thrown this Tamper Alert. I would stay away. Look at the PAX units. They seem to work amazing and no sudden Tamper Alerts because you may have breathed to hard on the machine. This is a Zero Star but I had to put 1
