sthus40mm Black Muffler Stock Exhaust Pipe for 49cc 50cc 60cc 66cc 80cc Motorized Bicycle 2-Stroke

I have a 60cc generator that I put this on cause I hated listening to it. Night and day difference. Instead of a blaring drone it is a much deeper sound and I hardly notice it. The flange to the generator was poorly welded and did break due to the weight of the muffler. It is heavy.

.Good: it sounded great on low throttle , its so quiet i can here myself speak and my music coming from my speakers and it does its job fairly well and its pretty strong and hardly vibratesCONs : on height throttle i sounded like a week wacker also there was small bits of metal shavings which could have damaged my engine so i would recommend screwing open the pip and shaking out any leftover scrap before using in it ,and the paint was no good but i'm no expert on paint but just by 1 ride the pain was boiling and rubbing off but on lie the other muffle i bought this one came with a gasket but the holes on the pip were a bit misaligned so i had to do some milling not much just a little touch up but i cant stress this enough use lick tight for the bolts or get something to support it but to be fair it did serve it purpose which was making the bike more quiet but dont expect any boost in power (IT DOES NOT COME WITH AN EXPANSION CHAMBER ) and im not surprised but youto be honest i would buy this again if the paint didn't rub off

This fit my gen. perfect, but I think was facing up & in. I cut this thick pipe at a slight angle close to the flange , rotated the pipe to this angle, welded up the pipe, sprayed it with some old header paint as shown. Bonus is that my LP reg. stores tucked away for storage (green bag) protected by the exhaust pipe. Waiting on a magnetic D/S before running. From what I read & seen when I tweaked this muffler,, if its 1/2 as quiet as it is solid, it should be a noticeable difference. NOTE: this mounts rigid, so the end of muffler has to also bolt to "only" the motor which is on rubber mounts.

does not fit a suzuki 50cc dirt bike engine is half an inch too big I can modify it but I have to work on it and weld the pipe on a differen position but you get what you pay for

Bought this for a build it came with a few scratches on one side but that’s okay I guess, had to heat & bend it quite a bit to fit this Kuwahara 26
