This product has been a major contributor in helping my IBS. IBS.D sufferer for over 30 years. My med specialist introduced me to GASTRO several years ago, and it made a huge difference in my IBS.D., less bloating, a lot less stomach “nerve “ pain as i call it. It is a different kind of pain that is not helped by the normal GI meds, ie levisine and many more. I was prescribed them all. And diligently tried them repeatedly, seeking anything that would help. Using Gastro and following Low FODMAP diet helps “control” my systems. I would say I am 90% better but for me that is great. Before Gastro and Low Fodmap diet, the only way i could control my IBS so i could attend any important social event, ie weddings, funerals, graduations family holiday events, was to take heavy pain medication which in essence put my stomach to sleep. Recovery from this strong pain med the next few days was brutal. When the pain came back, it was harsh. Pretty much bedridden for at least 3 days while my tummy woke up and tried to find a balance. I would never recommend this approach. I stopped doing it as I realized, first of all the med could be addictive; and secondly, it just was too harsh a recovery for my body. I was to the point, every social event rsvp was preceded by explanation of “cannot guarantee attendance”. Many events, i would call and explain my health concerns; and because of the costs to the host/hostess, i would decline. But not the case any more, i happily RSVP yes; and no pain meds at all. I thank GASTRO for this change in my life. I can do low FODMAP diet; but without Gastro, it is not effective on diet alone. It takes both. ok..but didn't notice anything

This review is about the PRODUCT and the COMPANY selling the product, NOT Amazon's service.Stagnation: The DEATH of Good HealthI met with Dr. Polly and she highly recommended Thrive in 63 by Transformation: The Genesis of Good Health. It's a 63 day program of enzymes/probiotics/herbs that comes in 3 phases, 21 days at a time. I paid the discounted rate of $200 per phase all upfront, so $600 total (not including consultation fee). I ended up having a reaction to the product and I couldn't finish the program. I was only able to finish 4 weeks of the program. I followed the program to a “T” and sought out guidance when there were inconsistencies with the directions (such as avoid peas but they recommend a pea protein??).No one knows why I reacted to the product. Dr. Polly very reluctantly gave me a refund for $200 for ONLY PHASE 3. When I contacted Transformation three times asking for the remainder of my refund ($400), per their money back guarantee on their label, they did not follow through.Unfortunately, I needed to report them to BBB, not to my surprise they didn't even have the decency to respond to BBB.I never heard the real reasoning for my reaction to the product from Dr. Polly NOR from Transformation-Susan Spinoza.Behind my back, Dr. Polly lied to Transformation and told them I was “non-compliant” with the program, although there was no way she could actually know even if I was “non-compliant”. So she lied to destroy my credibility to Transformation. Transformation ignored my side of the story and completely sided with Dr. Polly's lie. It seems like they're in cahoots with each other.If you're thinking about taking this product, consider this first:Get a slew of blood work done to find out what is actually going on with your body (micro-nutrients, hormones, A1C, thyroid, etc)Follow a non-inflammatory diet. There are tons of books. Avoid processed foods. i purchased these pill in LA a few months ago and was so shocked at how well they manage my bloating and regulation. i highly recommend these!
