Rise in BP
Unfortunately for me it had the opposite effect I have mild BP 135/90 I thought I don't want to be on medication so I thought I'd try this as it had great reviews. After just 1 day of taking this my BP rose to 140/97. Please keep checking your BP regularly if taking this product.Edit:I may have prematurely written this review. My BP was rising and no matter what I was doing it wasn't coming down it went to 140/100. So i had bought this product earlier but I thought let's give it a go again. It seems to have worked quite while! Firstly for the first 2 weeks I took 1 pill a day in the morning then I upped it to 2 pills a day for another 2 weeks (1 in the morning and 1 in the eve) . And now back to 1 pill in the morning. My average BP right now is 122/84 also there is little variance in my BP before a slight change in arm position would up the BP by 10 15 points but not so much now.Cons: unfortunately no medication comes without cons. Although I have only suffered from a stuffy nose. A spray of nasal spray reopens my nose and off I go about my day. My resting heart rate has come down a little bit between 55 - 65 which is great. Also at first I felt really tired throughout the day and was falling asleep quickly. But I kept on with 1 a day and eventually that went away. But the pros outweigh the cons for me. And I will continue to take them. I didn't see results straight away but it took about 15 days. And no its steady in its 120s and 80s although I'd like it lower but I'm happy atm. Also I do take a few vitamins.:B12 100ugCoq10 200mgBeetroot 4000 mgMagnesium and zinc 266mg all the above from H&BCod fish liver oil (high strength with vit E and E from tescos)Hisbicus tea (started off 3 times a day now its 1 or 2)Also I am eating better esp with my nuts and fruits but I do lack on some days and I try to walk at least 30 mins a day a brisk walk around 3.4mph depending on ur fitness.Hypertension is not a joke and it worried me to the end and back. But this product has definitely worked wonders for me.

I had my doubts but this stuff works and works FAST but caused weight gain
A total life-saver product.I had a BP scare at a routine checkup some 8 years ago. My doctor gave me a month to get it down otherwise it would be meds that I knew would be for life as the genetic risk was very high. My mother suffered from malignant hypertension for years culminating in a stroke at 40 and passing away from a high BP related pulmonary emboli at the age of 50. My sisters are all on BP meds and have been for years. I knew the risks. I was my mother's carer as a child when a stroke paralysed her and knew that even with meds, the BP can still be unmanageable.I researched hard and got it down by drinking at minimum 2 litres of pure filtered water per day, 3-4 cups of hibiscus tea, juicing beetroot, apple and ginger daily, a number of supplements - hawthorne berry, celery seed, multi vitamin, Omega 3, and Co enzyme Q10, throw in regular runs and hatha yoga three times a week and at my next GP appointment, thankfully my BP was perfect. My GP however, suggested I get a BP reader and check it regularly owing to the family risk. I bought one anyway and vowed to check it.The above was my life as I was committed to giving allopathic meds a wide berth. I saw what they did to my mother and sisters. However, over the years, I began to slack off my regime and about a month ago started to feel real pressure in my head, REAL PRESSURE, crippling neck pains, rapid palpitations, breathlessness, blocked air drums, my blood rushing in my ear. I was super worried and no amount of painkillers shifted it. Even my husband mentioned that I looked paler than normal. It had been forever since I checked my BP but when I finally got the machine out and checked it, the reading shocked me to the core. My resting heart rate was over 100. Check out the attachments; I was a walking stroke!!I stepped up my old regime, juicing, water, supplements but far from reducing the BP it was increasing even more. I resigned myself to taking a trip to the GP but reading Amazon reviews from other BP sufferers who had taken BP supplements, I noticed one reviewer mention mukti vakti, something I had never heard of before. I decided to give it a go. I had nothing to lose. I ordered it in the early hours of Monday morning and they were delivered the next day on Tuesday.I took the maximum, 2 pills twice a day. The next morning , I noticed the heaviness was subsiding and within a few days, it was totally gone. I felt so much better but was still apprehensive about checking my BP because I know that even when feeling perfectly fine your BP can be high. This was my last resort. I wanted to give it time to work.I eventually succumbed and 6 days later when I checked it, was floored when my resting heart rate was below 80 (check out the attachments). Wow!However, I would say that there were some side effects for me. In 6 days and after taking 24 tablets, I had put on 2lbs. I know this because I check my weight once a week. My bowel movements were more frequent and more loose. I did feel slightly lightheaded from time to time whilst taking them but that was probably as a result of the BP slowly coming down. On my first night I noticed a very slight amount of congestion in the morning, but I alleviated this by taking it with warm milk with a spoon of honey in it.Nonetheless, in spite of the side effects, I would 100% recommend this product. It's been a week since I took a tablet and my resting heart rate is still under 80. I am concerned about the weight gain and although I know that GP prescribed drugs can cause weight gain too, I would prefer to keep an eye on it. Others may be fine but I would encourage regular checking as weight gain puts stress on the heart too.I will continue to manage my BP with the things I used to do before and resort to mukta vakti as I notice or if I notice an increase in my BP or I may take one or two pills a week. I will monitor both my BP and my weight when I take it. I would honestly prefer a few extra pounds than high BP and heart problems. It's rare to find a herbal supplement that actually works but I totally believe in this and I'm eternally grateful for the results.I would close by saying that reading other reviews, some people notice positive results fast and some within a few months and some do not receive any positive results at all. Everyone is different and mukta vakti may not work for everyone. This could be just your body or as a result of other health issues that need a GP's attention so please do go to the doctor rather than compromise your health.Let me know if you found my review helpful. Thank you.

An amazing product
I had a hypertensive emergency in June. Was prescribed Amlodipine and had a very bad reaction. Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, felt like my skin was burned on the inside. I cut back on the alcohol, stopped smoking and went on a beyond Vegan diet. Blood pressure came down but was advised by the surgery to eat meat and fish! Anyway much happier being vegan. Saw this product on YouTube promoted by an Ayurvedic doctor and after one week my BP has gone down to 126/71. No medication, no side effects I am thrilled with this product!

It most certainly worked for me I can’t say everyone will achieve the same results but I am thrilled . It’s not expensive but does take a couple of weeks to arrive in the post
