I love this product! Yes it came with a little ding but it doesn’t effect the quality of thermo. Keep husbands lunch nice and hot and serves enough food for his lunch, his first lunch he called it the never ending spaghetti 🤣

Okay, I'm a woman with small hands. The cover unscrews in a dual mechanism that is supposed to help it vacuum seal. I have no doubt that it does that, but I can only get it unscrewed the first part by myself once there's food inside and then I need help to get it the rest of the way. So, I love it, but I'll have to be mindful to use it when I'm with others or get creative at getting my hand stretched far enough to get a better grip or something. The longest it has kept food hot for for me so far is 5 hours and I definitely didn't heat the food as thoroughly as I could have before filling it, but I did preheat the container by filling it with hot water for a few minutes.Edited to add: I'm a lefty.....the collapsible spoon seems like a great idea but omg it's infuriating as a lefty to have your spoon continuously try to collapse upon itself while you're trying to eat. I haven't found a way to get it to latch into place or anything yet but just thought I'd make you aware that you may want to plan on bringing a regular spoon if you're also left handed.

I bought this thermos to take hot soup to work for lunch. I filled the thermos with water from a boiling kettle, closed it up, and let it sit for 15 minutes. I then poured out the water and filled it with HOT soup. 7 hours later, I could not open it. I had to find a much stronger person to help me. Not only could he not twist off the top, the top separated into several sections and we literally had to pry the remaining section of the lid from the body of the thermos. After all this effort, the soup was barely above room temperature and was inedible. This is one of the worst products I have ever bought. I am surprised that a product with the Thermos brand name is of such poor quality.

Does what it's intended.I pack lunches at 6:30amLunch time is around 11am and soups and other foods that are heated before placing in the thermos stays hot till then.No leaks so far.Easy to clean.

It was the right size, and the food was hot after several hours. However, most days I missed lunch since the inner lid cannot be opened, and I had to return it due to this issue.

Got this so I could take hot soup to work and have it at lunch without needing a microwave and boy did it deliver. I heated up my soup in the morning and by noon it was still piping hot! The only thing I did not like was the spoon. It keeps flopping all over the place when I try to use it. The hinges are loose, so it doesn't hold a straight shape very well. Gave up trying to use it when I kept getting soup all over myself. But the thermos itself is perfect! Well worth the money.

Sin problemas puedes llevar sopas y dura muchísimo caliente, más que otros, es de buena capacidad y su base es perfecta como tazón y su cuchara es práctica.Su válvula de seguridad lo hace mejor que otras marcas ya que no se derrama para nada tus líquidos.

The media could not be loaded.  El bowl extra está flojo y hace un poco de ruido cuando se manipula o en la mochila. Estoy pensando que se puede barrer en cualquier momento

At first, it seemed perfect. Unfortunately, by the 3rd use the lid broke in two and I was unable to open it. Now I know that other people had the same experience but I only read some of the reviews at the time, not all of them. I couldn't get any of the contents out at all. Total waste of money. I should have sent it back with food and all but I didn't. Threw it out instead. I lost my money but learned a lesson. Read the bad reviews, not just the good ones.
