Everyone moans about the flavor and faint banana smell and the pellets. Pop em in your mouth swallow with a chug of water. Its easy and not a problem at all. There is a faint faint faint smell, big deal. The pellets seem to dissolve the moment you sip water to chug em down. Its kinda fun fast and easy, better than taking a pill!Ive noticed my poo, seems to be more like its helping clean more of me out which is nice. I havent had any side effects. Really looking forward to all the long term health benefits of BA surrounding gut health.But everyone needs to lighten up about the pellets. Sheesh. I bought the capsules too, these pellets just seem more fun tbh.In good health guys! Enjoy.

I cannot believe the people complaining about the taste. IT WORKS. If you have been dealing with GI issues for years like I have the last thing I am worried about is taste. Without going into graphic details I have noticed significant improvement in my gut health. Like many I did the research and found many promising studies. Having used it for a month and lived the results I am a believer.

After having taken the product for more than 2 month now I seem to have fewer severe Functional Gastrointestinal & Motility Disorder (FGIMD) episodes, such as IBS. For full transparency I have to disclose that I am also taking another Tributyrin/Butyric Acid supplement twice a day. When I did my research, two specific products came out consistently on top. Hence, I take both, figuring I can't go wrong with either one. The other product is in liquid gel capsule form and I take it morning and afternoon. I take Butycaps right before bed, mixed with my casein protein shake due to its taste.You can read my initial review below:(My initial 4-star rating is based on the fact that I have not been taking the product long enough to honestly evaluate it. I started taking Butycaps a couple of weeks ago for my severe IBS, after reading several medical publications discussing recent research into the positive effects of Tributeryn/Butyric Acid on patients suffering from IBS, Crohn's and other GI conditions. A promising study focusing on the GI symptoms of Gulf War veterans caught my particular attention, as I fall into this category.I did an initial research into Tributyrin/Butyric Acid, followed by additional research into the best available sources on the market, and narrowed it down to two products, Butycaps being one of them. As aforementioned, I have only taken the product for about two weeks, and don't expect any noticeable improvements for at least another couple of weeks, at which time I will post an update. That being said, the clinical evidence clearly demonstrates the beneficial effects of Tributyrin/Butyric Acid, and I am hopeful that it will help ease my symptoms. More to follow.)

Product appears to be well made. I put it into vanilla yogurt. It kind of ruins the flavor a bit- but that is not a fault- it just isn't a great tasting substance. It's worth a try I guess if you have stomach issues.

i add this to my daily morning smoothie. Although I eat a fair amount of butter - the best food source of butyric acid, I've had gut issues since I was an infant. Tributyrin is the form of butyric acid in butter. This acid feeds many of the good bacteria in the gut, and is also important for the liver. I used to use Butyrex, but the manufacturer recommends keeping it in the freezer to minimize its strong smell, and I kept forgetting to take it out of the freezer for my daily dose. Also, Butyrex contains thebutyrate form (bound to calcium and magnesium), which is broken down by gut bacteria so it can't do the same good as tributyrin. Tributyrin form, is the only one that works. Al lforms of butyric acid have strong negative flavor; so Butycaps includes a slight banana smell and flavor, which is appealing in my smoothie.

I have not noticed a difference and I eat clean and I’m a nurse and I’m on my feet for 16 hours so I can’t say it’s not anything
