Strong grip
Use the tape to hold a piece of wood while turning. It held fast yet when the piece was separated it did not leave a gummy mess.

confusing label
Works well but the package label is confusing / wrong. It states 16 yards instead of website's 36 yards. Looks to me to be a lot more 16 yards. The roll is over 1 lb and measures 5.75" outside diameter, 3" inside.

This tape really works!!
It was easy to apply and it really sticks. I used it to tape carpet to exterior steps and it is holding well. We also used it to put up wall ornaments without nails. I recommend this product.

I'm an avid woodworker so this is a must have product.
I have used double sided tape before and this one suits my needs just fine. As an avid woodworking I am called up to rout out projects using a guide bit with a template. As such I need to be able to attach the template to the work piece, be confident that it will hold while doing the procedure, and yet be gentle enough to let go when I need to separate them. Considering you can put on as much tape as you like for a given surface or as little this should do most tasks just fine.Let's explain it this way. I would not be using this to tape a large shipping box together. It is designed to come back off, whereas shipping tape requires a heat gun to do so on cardboard. I see many mentioning, including the manufacturer that it is good for use on carpet. Maybe over a large area the cumulative effect would be sufficient, but for edges good old carpet strips with tacks would be more effective. This is a nice product, holds strong for its intended usage, isn't too much of a bugger to get apart from the shielding paper when first starting a run. It's every bit as good if not better than any of the others I have used, and most importantly it does not leave a residue on the surface when you pull it off.
