The only problem, which isn’t a defect, is that the light gray part gets dirty looking very easily.

Great case but the blue color on the back soon wore off leaving blue dye on my hands. Less than two months of use.

the attach pin went up, its to frigile, the charger dont charge.!! Looks cheap

A backup battery is a must for travel. This case is great but it adds weight in a way that makes it harder to hold. Worth the extra difficulty when traveling but wish there was a more balanced solution. For the price you will be very pleased. Love the lightning connector for charging.

It's not even been a year and the case does not work. I can't even get the info for the customer support for their promise on the 1 year warranty listed when I bought. I wish they would make it easier for us to contact them
