Just bought these for the second time. They work great for a little more arch support than my inserts give me. These are actually too thick for me, but there are two little pads inside each band, so I cut a few threads and took one of the pads out to get the level of support I need. I wore out some of the ones from my first order by doing lots of hiking and backpacking. Appreciate that these allow me to hike comfortably. Highly recommended if you need some extra arch support.

I used to wear heels to work all the time but since I have been furloughed, I started to walk several miles a day for exercise. Now I'm barefoot or in sneakers all day so this change has caused my arches to a start aching. These pads are the 2nd type of product I tried and found they work really well. Much cheaper and easier then buying orthopedic shoes. I wear women's size 6-wide shoe and these sleeves are a perfect fit! They are snug enough to stay in place but loose enough to feel like they aren't even there. They worked well with and without shoes and don't slip or move at all. I have used them for 3 days now: walked 3 miles they did great! Worked out cardio and weightlifting also great support and completely comfortable. Used them with 2 types of Sketchers sneakers (both memory foam/air-cooled) they were a bit bulky for the slip on sneakers but work perfectly with laced sneakers. The only con is the second time I slipped on one of them the seams ripped apart, perhaps it was a manufacturing error on that one, the other held up fine. I will plan to sew it back and see if it holds. All around a great buy and simple fix for arch support.

Support of my arches and makes me walk better. I wash them and put in the dryer &easy to put on just slide your foot into it!

These are super comfy and easy to wear with flip flops (always hot in FL), but I need more support (flat footed) in the arch area. I still wear them daily.

Price is good but the cushion is made of cheap material. After a few hours usage, the cushion becomes hard and became one flat piece, no longer providing cushion to the bottom of the feet. Don't waste your money, go buy a quality one and your feet will thank you later. Happy feet, happy life.Update: changed to 1 star. All three sets no longer have cushion. They are just flat and stiff. I ended up purchasing a nice set of strutz brand for the same price. See picture, I cut one open to see the material used for cushion and as you can see, it's just fabrics. No wonder they got flat and stiff fast and quick.All these 5 stars are most likely paid for stars and not really customer reviews. I would not recommend for anyone looking for some cushion. You are better off using toilet paper as cushion instead of these item.

I ordered these for the support I don't have in some of my shoes. The first day I wore them, I wore them to work all day. My feet were so sore. After I let them recover I wore the supports for just a couple hours at a time at home to get used to them. I figured because my foot was not used to the support, it had to get used to it. I increased the time wearing them every day. That seemed to do the trick because now I can wear them all day and my feet feel great. They definitely relieve the strain on my feet from not having enough support in my shoes. One thing I found is you definitely need to have well fitting socks. A couple of times I wore them with socks that were not as fitted and the supports shifted a little bit along with the socks. They are also fine barefoot. I used to not be able to walk around barefoot for very long. The fabric does tend to stick to the carpet sometimes and they move a bit, but they are easy to scooch back into place. I am very glad I tried these.

This product had so many positive reviews that I was hopeful that I could finally get some relief. They don’t come with any instructions to show placement or which way they they should go on, but after some experimenting I was able to figure it out. At first they felt great! Wore them around the house one day and the padding is flattened and the elastic is stretched out so they literally do nothing but annoy me now. Are they supposed to be single use?? I’m returning these and I’ll pay a little more for a better quality product

I needed arch support in a pair of shoes I am required to wear at work. The shoes do not have enough room to comfortably allow for the arch support insert I usually use. I saw these and was dubious. But my sore feet said "give them a try". I wore them for the first time with a little trepidation. I thought the elastic would be binding and uncomfortable, it wasn't! I thought it would move around when I walked, they didn't! I thought they would pinch and bunch, they were great!I am very happy with this option for arch support and am.glad I have them a try.

Ever since I started wearing it. My pain in the curve has reduced. I won’t say it’s gone completely but yes much better than before. It’s worth it! I am expecting soon I will get rid off from that pain too.

I wish the pad was a bit bigger and had more padding.

It is very good product . My son use it last two months his foot pain gone now .and it is good for making arch in foot also.

Recién llegaron los probé. Sentí mucha más comodidad al caminar toda la tarde, menos cansancio en el arco del pie. Definitivamente útil, sobre todo si se utiliza calzado que tiene plantillas muy planas. Al utilizar por más tiempo actualizaré mis comentarios.

A very cost effective way to make arch support. The straps could be a bit more comfortable. Maybe it's a bit too tight? However, it holds the support in place.
