I bave had no issues with taking this product, I began using Berberine after reviewing a study that indicated "that BBR suppresses demyelination and loss of neurophysiological function by inhibiting the SphK1/S1P signaling pathway". Do I know if this is actually working to do so on me? No clue, but I'll be continuing to take it because of the encouraging study results. Many thanks!

So far, so good
Berberine acts as a catalyst that activates AMP kinase , thus improving mitochondrial respiration. In other words, this daily supplement should bust your metabolism. This is the reason that I started to take this supplement. So far, so good. At the end of my work day, I feel more energetic then usually. I hope that it is not psychological effect. I optimistically continue to take this product.

It works!!
Berberine has successfully worked to lower my blood sugar. I’ve been trying different herbal supplements and this is the only thing that actually works. I researched for something that would be as strong as Metformin and decided to try it. Very happy with this brand. Will definitely be buying again.

After taking for 3 weeks, appears to be helping with energy/ updated July 22, 2020
I felt tired, sluggish before taking this supplement. After taking for 3 weeks, had better sleep the past few nights.I have more energy as compared to before started taking this Berberine. So, I will continue to take this for 2 months, then re-evaluate it's effectiveness.Updated July 22, 2020: Took it for total of 8 weeks. My energy about the same, but not sleeping as well now; but that may be due to all that is happening with Covid-19. Customer service is great!

Berberine supports your effort to control A1C, along with reducing carbohydrates plus exercise. I have type 2 diabetes, and take one capsule in the morning, and one in the evening. My last A1C was 5.9, and I do not take diabetic medications. Please discuss with your doctor, and continue testing your sugar.

Taking it on faith.
I'm taking this primarily for cardiovascular support and cholesterol support. Without having testing it's hard to tell if it's effective. I will say it did not help with supporting my immunity as I have been extremely sick during my time taking this. That said it is easy to take, the color is strong and feels like quality ingredients.

Gave this to my husband for diabetes and high cholesterol. Blood sugars have improved along with energy levels.

Benefits of Berberine
I started using this product to help my blood sugar levels. To my surprise, my levels were better even after doing nothing different. Bonus surprise...my cholesterol numbers were better than they had been in years.I shall continue and even try adding proper eating and exercise to the program.
