Carpet Protection Film

Bought it 2x already. It's annoying to roll and lay out but I love how there is no sticky leftover residue. Carpet doesn't get damage and clean up is a breeze!

Loved it! We used it to protect our carpet for our painting project and it worked great! We also used it to cover our new carpet during a party to prevent it from stains and it was GREAT. Super durable and did not rip at all even with 30 people stepping on it and with tables and chairs on it. The sticky side on the outside was so convenient for installation and did not leave any residue behind when we removed it. Perfect thickness, not too thin or too thick. I would say that it is worth the price and your get great value for your money. I will be using it in the future for sure!!!

We used this to protect our freshly steam cleaned carpets prior to moving into our home. We did two layers on the stairs and also put them throughout the upstairs (single layers). It’s definitely a two person job to lay it down. It folds in on the sides sometimes so I’d recommend a larger width than you think you’d need. Overall, very satisfied with the protection it provided our carpets and our movers were so happy we used this instead of flimsy blankets or making them take their shoes on and off. I included a video of me ripping it off the carpet after it had been there for TWO WEEKS. There is no sticky residue left behind and it didn’t ruin the carpet in any way.

OK, the product is fine. The problem is my stairwell. My stairwell is supposed to be 36+ inches wide and it turns out the builders skimped so my stairwell is actually about 35.5 inches wide and the trim on the stairs takes up space too so my stairs are really more like 33-34 inches wide. The problem is the walls on both sides of the stairs stop me from being able to roll this down the stairs because the physical roll is wider than the stairwell. Imagine one guy dealing with a huge over-sized roll of sticky tape on carpeted stairs and he can't roll the roll down the stairs, so has to hold it at an angle while trying to unroll the massive and heavy roll sticky tape. It keeps sticking to itself and bucking up. It was a comedy of errors to watch, but not fun to be the subject! I really wish I had gotten the less-wide size. And I also wish I had gotten the help of a friend to use a short broomstick (horizontally) to hold it down and push it into the bottom corders of each step. Live and learn! I hope someone will read this review and learn from my mistakes. The product is fine if you have stairs that are at least 40 inches wide AND if you have a friend to help you. Otherwise, get the less wide version. Good luck!

We purchased the smaller roll twice and it was great. Decided to do the bigger roll and it will NOT stick! It is horrible and so frustrating to pay money for something that does not work! Very unhappy.

Great adhesive for moving in to a new home to protect new carpet. Even though it wasn't too difficult to apply to the carpet, my only suggestion would be to buy the carpet tape applicator. Removal was done the same day with no issues.

We got the extra wide roll and it was easy lay and easy to remove. No damage to hardwood where it was accidently left.
