My experience with this frame was positive with one exception. First the pros... it was super easy to put together. Nice and sturdy. However the clamp that holds your frame into the stand needs to be just a bit wider for those of us who use q-snaps with a grime guard and all your excess fabric tucked up in it. The piece that clamps onto your frame is a smallish circular piece which would work well with some thing thinner and flat but is not big enough to handle the extra "stuffs" I put in it with my frame. Had the metal bracket of the clamp been even a 1/4 inch wider I could have put a shim of some sort in to make it work. Unfortunately I had to send it back because I just can't throw away $110 on something I can't use. I would have loved the stand except for that clamp. You can't even replace it because its welded right to the arm.

This simply doesn't work. It tips over, is too small, can't hold the canvas.

The only reason I didn't give it the highest Mark's is because I wanted to use it for a 24 X 11 Rolaframe so my hands can be free and it doesn't hold it very well, it slips out of the clamp from time to time, and it tips a little with this Rolaframe attached. I hope it works better with a smaller size frame but the point was to not have to hold a larger frame to be "hands free" Thank You.

I’m not sure why all the negative reviews for this. It was received well packaged, very simple set up, decent price. Love that it is so easy to adjust the height and the length of the arm. I’m using with an 11x11 Q snap frame with no issues at all. You do have to put the base under the foot of your chair or table or even put a weight on top but that was to be expected. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a very easy to use frame that is small and easy to hide away if necessary.

Very handy tool but is also pretty heavy for use. It is a great idea
