Compression sleeves are nice, but you need to fix the core issue.
So far the only bad reviews I am seeing are due to people having a bias against compression sleeves. However, compression sleeves are simply a Band-Aid for some relief! And they help immobilize your elbow a tiny bit. And they helped decelerate your arm when it goes through the range of motion like throwing a baseball, swinging a golf club, swinging a racket. It's a performance item and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. This is much more heavily elastic then what you can get out of normal stores with the thin materials. So this is worth every bit of the money.I do want to let people know that they should do a search on how to fix tennis and golfer's elbow from athlean X. Look at it on YouTube. You need to understand that if you got this pain from doing something like tricep dips or from sporting, you need to know that you are weak in that area of your arm and you need to do exercises that build the strength in your forearm and other places so that it doesn't hurt your tendon sheath. That is the real fix. So make sure you get that done.

Fits tight, feels great, helps me get through my workouts. Looks fantastic.
I write this review over half a year after buying and it still fits snug as a bug in a rolled up rug.Weightlifter here. I definitely recommend this if you have any kind of elbow tendinitis or simply want to add a small amount of support to one or more elbow.I started getting some left medial tendinitis (aka golfer's elbow) from pressing exercises. Especially dips (which I stopped doing because they suck). I still get the pain after a hard workout in the gym, but it seems to be fine otherwise.Wearing this helps a lot. It feels very snug, but it's something you'll get used to. In fact, that's what you want. Compression garments don't help with performance, but they help mitigate pain. Which may indirectly help your performance.I wear this when I eat after my lifts to keep the joint warm and try to encourage a little extra blood flow. I recommend keeping it on during the cool down period. It just feels better once the endorphins wear off.Regardless of medical efficacy, it feels better with the sleeve. One caveat about washing it - I hand wash it with my lifting gloves and notice that the water is a little blue. I don't wash it a lot (sue me), but I think the colors will fade noticeably with frequent washing. Fair warning.Icing on top - it's stylish AF. Get swole, muchachos!

great product
I was skeptical about this, even with the good reviews. I've purchased at least three different straps for tendonitis of the elbow at pharmacies and tried tapes as well. No luck. I was thinking I'd have to live with the pain as a consequence of deciding to remodel a 102 cottage after we retired, with just me and my husband doing the work from the studs out. This product seems to be working! It actually fits (I did measure, but figured old lady flabby arms would bulge out the top and bottom, and they don't). It doesn't roll at all and it's comfortable - the straps I tried from the pharmacy not only didn't work, they pinched at the buckles. I spent a year developing this tendonitis, so it's not been a two day cure....but it has already reduced to "just" aching as opposed to aching combined with burning shooting from my elbow down to my wrist! I'll order another when this is too mud and paint covered!

Sizing chart is incorrect.
I measured around my elbow, as instructed, which was 9 1/4”. The instructions said I would need a medium which I didn’t understand how it could fit from an 8.5 to a 13” elbow. I put the brace on and there was no compression at all, slid right off and on.I was going to return it but I saw other reviews that said the company would only return half of the purchase price. That and the amount it would cost me to return it wasn’t worth it. A total waste of money. I do not recommend this product unless you are closer to the higher end of the measurement range for your size. Then you might have a chance it would work. If this company would send me a size small I would consider reevaluating my review.

This sleeve is comfortable and the design makes proper placement simple
This sleeve is comfortable and the design makes proper placement simple. I love the colors--it's actually attractive to wear, lol. For fitting purposes, I ordered a size SMALL. I am 5'4", weigh about 110 lbs. It fits me 4" above and 4" below the crease in my elbow. Here are my measurements: 8" (at 4" below crease), 9" (at elbow crease), and 9" (at 4" above crease). This size would probably fit a little smaller and a little larger measurements, but not sure'd I'd deviate more than 1/2" without considering a different size. I love the blue and orange design. It is really comfortable with the right balance of comfort and compression. I can wear it all day, and it doesn't slip off or roll up. Highly recommend.

Tennis elbow miracle!!
I Purchased this for weekly Racquettball... I ordered a medium, concerned with the size but surprisingly it felt snug without cutting off my circulation while giving me great compression support. Extremely flexible and breathable. Very happy with product and would highly recommend. I am 40 years old with slight elbow discomfort from years of youth sports and various handy-man jobs over the years... my pain is directly below my elbow and flares up every time I play ball. I just started using this brace and impressed with the results. I look forward to wearing it for more than just sports.... If you have that tennis elbows tingle, then look no further... this is the brace for you!

Comfortable, no support of the elbow!
Nice quality compression but that's all this is. It's not a support for working out. It's more of a all day thing for comfort and long term healing I would suspect. And the price is way too step this is worth 20$ at best, much smaller than you would think. I'm going to try neoprene elbow support for my workouts, this support doesn't work for training.

Pay attention to the sizing guide.
I would order a large out of habit. After checking the sizing I ordered a medium instead and love it. It fits nice and firmly and not to tight. I think that I would have been unhappy with a bigger size.

Can be helpful, but not as good as I had hoped.
Used this to support my golf elbow (Don't play golf) which is very painful when carrying out household tasks and lifting etc. It seems a good fit. Not too tight, not too loose.Found it comfortable and supportive in general but after a week or so of use I found it started to work it's way down my arm which became annoying as I had to keep pulling it up all the time.Only wear it when I have a task that really hurts my arm and then remove it afterwards.

Well made good color selection and overall a good buy.
It may be a little tight as I can only wear it for a couples and then remove because too restrictive. Good color and well made. Overall a good buy.

Kunto Elbow Support Sleeve - Very comfortable and supportive
I bought two of these for my partner for last Christmas 2020 and he's been using them during weight training for his 'tennis elbow' pain. He's commented they're comfortable and supportive and reduced some of the strain and pain he was experiencing before. Recommended.
