Front manifold flange to cat pipe welded in wrong orientation and hits engine block before manifoldis tight. Large gap between rear manifold flange and cat pipe. Manifolds fit engine side but are NOT direct bolt on. Decently welded but poorly designed.

Welds are of very good quality and Fitment is solid. Will not fit an e46 unless you have a custom exhaust built behind it or modify the existing exhaust but the headers themselves are great especially for the price.

Headers fit very well in my s52 e36 m3 coupe, no exhaust leaks, was able to get every bolt tight with out much problem. Install was pretty easy overall. Do wish it came with some bolts / nuts to secure the midpipe to the headers. Very happy with the quality of the headers for the price, makes the engine bay look better and sounds much better than stock imo. One downside is the bank 1 oxygen sensor 1 is very very close to the block when installed in the front header, so close that i will have to remove or atleast loosen up front header to replace oxygen sensor if ever needed. Probably a good idea to replace the oxygen sensors while youre there anyway but overall i like the headers especially for the money.

Fitment was perfect for my 98 323I convertable.

These fit very nice for 2002 325xi E46 just need to take off the shield for the motor mount and slide them in from underneath the car then modify weld piping to the headers.
