I want to buy a translator for my mom, because she doesn’t speak English. I read their reviews and said that is it very good and the price is not bad . I received it yesterday. The quality is really bad . I’m disappointed that is isn’t an all -in- one translator and need download app with smart phone . Doesn’t work most of the time and mistranslates most things . Very poor device , very difficult to use . Not worth spending your time to try . I decided to return !

I like the product, but I do not like I have to connect to my phone. So I am going to upgrade it, and the seller was very helpful.

Cheaply made and it does not look like an eighty dollar product. Item came in an open box and seems like it is already being used. Can not give it as a gift as the box is made in cheap clear plastic, like the box for the lip gloss that worth couple dollars. Very disappointed.

Why purchase this device, that needs to be connected to your phone, when you could simply use a translate app on your phone like "google translate" or others.. Pointless to have a handheld device that needs a phone connection.. I'm returning this crap ASAP.

I tried many times. It just wont connect. I follow the instruction, turn on bluetooth, still Keeps telling me connecting but never successful. Returning it.
