I LOVE these. I am a 32A cup. I have used these for dresses, tops, strapless everything! As a small chested woman, I have used all kinds of bras and inserts haha. These are by far the best. Adds easily 2 cup sizes without looking or feeling ridiculous, super comfy, and no sweaty silicone! They are so undetectable. I’ve been asked if I got a boob job by friends haha. Double Scoop should make these in an adhesive form for backless dresses and I think I would be their #1 customer! Just FYI- these are not adhesive, you insert them into your bra. I have purchased 2 so far. Try them!

Sewed these in my wedding dress and wow! These are great because what you do have rests on the "shelf in the middle" so it lifts up what you have. I am as flat as a pancake and wear a size A but I didn't want to be flat in my wedding dress. See pics below.

These are perfect, exactly what I was looking for. I have two different sized boobs. One is a 32 DD cup, the other a C cup. I can put one of these inserts in the side with the smaller one and the bra will fill out and cleavage will not look lopsided. They are light, some kind of foam I guess, and you don't feel when you are wearing it. No icky sweat or sloshy feeling like you get from a silicone or fluid filled insert. I went ahead and ordered a second set.

I love these!! They are comfortable and do not make you sweat like some of the gel ones I have had. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they do move around a lot. And using the tape is somewhat uncomfortable. But I do love them and would recommend them. But I also recommend sewing them into your bra.

Bought these to give the girls a bit of lift in my wedding dress. Can't vouch for the tape, because I haven't tried it yet, but I tried them pads on with my wedding night demi bra and love the way they look! A good lift, but not too exaggerated or fake looking. I'm an A, and the scoops made me look like a B.

Love it! Gives that lift without looking unnatural :) used it for my swimsuit and it doesn’t look like there’s anything inside at all. The only downfall, it gets pushed around inside so it’s not very stable. And also, my package was a little damaged upon delivery

I like the material these are made out of - very soft. However, I don't think the sizing is completely accurate. I felt they were a little small for a C/D, but I'm a D, so maybe that's the problem. I wear them when I wear my Ruby Ribbon cami for some extra lift. They do shift around pretty easily, so a non slip strip would be effective.

Like many of the reviewers here I was looking for something to help fill out my dress a little more and these did a pretty good job. The shape of them were unlike a lot of other inserts/enhancers if tried as they fit in such a way that they feel comfortable and you can be relatively confident they won't slip down. It is additionally helpful that they include double sided tape as this helped ensure I was extra secure.For context I was wearing these with a backless dress with sewn in cups and I am usually a 34C. I order the C Cup and it fit perfectly so I would advise future buyers that it runs pretty true to your normal cup size.
