I am connecting my Orion Atlas EQ-G mount directly from the mount to my laptop - works perfectly.

I have an older (no USB port) Atlas EQ-G mount. Connecting this cable to the serial port on the mount, and combined with ASCOM GSServer (make sure to select the correct COM port!) and Stellarium on a Windows 11 Surface tablet, it makes a fantastic touchscreen point-and-go system.

I have purchased this item 3 different times, because I have 3 telescopes and three mounts controlled by 3 different ASIAIR's. No issues or hiccups this is the what you need if you are using the Starwatcher 6r pro, it works for many models but I can only speak of the hardware I own. I can't say enough about how well this works. I am a very happy amature astronomer. I have included the North American Nebula image, not perfect but this was done with the Washinglee controller, it works. Happy shooting!!!

I purchased this to use on a Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer GTI star tracker on the recommendation of Sky-Watcher. They recommend an EQMOD cable over the optional USB Type B connector as the EQMOD has been found to be more reliable.

Cable works, BUT, for how long. The usb end has a proper strain relief.

What is required to allow a Skywatcher mount to work with a ZWO Asiair. The cablee is active, so support electronics are in the USB plug. This makes it fat. It puts strain on the adjacent cables. Better than another I have though. Maybe ut the active components in-line?

If you have an AZ-GTi mount and want to control it not with the (outdated) SynScan app but with a plate solving-capable ASIAir Plus (which is highly recommended), this is the cable you need.

I tried another brand of EQdir cable and it was super frustrating. Hard to even find the right drivers for it let alone install them. My astrophotography setup was screaming at me to find a solution fast. I tried this cable from Washinglee and it was instantly recognized by my laptop running Win10. I replaced the Hand Controller on my HEQ5 Pro with this cable and connected it to the laptop and voila, it all works perfectly. EQMOD and Stellarium talk to and control the mount now. Easy Peasy.

Worked instantly on my az-eq6 and didn't have to download drivers. Awesome

az-gtiとPCを有線接続したく、変換アダプターを探していましたが、純正品が品切れで納期未定。直ぐに欲しかったので色々探して購入しました。PC（Windows11）に挿すと、ピコーンと認識された音がして、Synscanアプリにも認識されました（但し、10分位必要。Synscanアプリの設定方法は、ネット上の先達の記事を参照方）。普段、電子観望でASCOMでSynscanアプリやSharpcapなどを連携してますが、Wifi接続と同様に連携できました。純正品より若干高いですが、使えます。但し、注文から到着まで2週間かかったのでも星一つ減らしました。

たまに、接続が途切れる。配線も細い。価格が高い。でも、ちゃんと認識して動くので助かりました。

Tried it out successfully on a Skywatcher HEQ5 Pro mount, and EQ35 M, guided fine with ASIAIR unit.
