Beautiful Birkenstock sandals. I love the smell of leather! These are so nice. It's my first pair and I bought them on a Birthday splurge. I had heard so many fantastic things about the fit and quality of this brand, so I decided to pay the price. I'm glad I did. They're very nice. I followed instructions and took about 5 days to break them in wearing them a few hours a day. The real test was when i went away for a shopping weekend in the Texas Hill country. These were comfortable and served me well in the Texas heat. I'm very pleased and I hope this pair will last many, many years. Also, I have to note, I used the recommended water and stain protector on the leather and foot bed. No problems at all. I did encounter a little rain on my trip, so I'm glad I sprayed them before I left. I wear between a 7.5 to an 8 in shoe and so I ordered the 38M EU. Fit perfectly.

Birkenstocks have made a name by being some of the most comfortable shoes on the planet, and rightfully so. After and initial break in period of about a week of wearing them daily, the shoes mold to your feet and take on a "custom" feel. They are some of the most comfortable shoes I have worn and are worth the extra you pay for them. I highly recommend Birks for comfort and durability.

My feet are so bad that my podiatrist asked if he could take my recent x-rays to show the class he teaches!!! Anyway-both he and my physical therapist recommended I buy Birkenstocks and I am MORE than glad I did. They are comfortable, comfortable, comfortable!!! I can walk long distances in them and my feet are still in no pain. Let's face it, though, they're not the most stylish....but who cares-if my feet feel great in them. I'll be wearing them for a long time to come. My physical therapist says they are actually like an orthotic, as well. I just wish the company would design a more attractive shoe that I can wear in the off-summer months. Excellent investment! Buy these shoes if you have bad feet-seriously!!!

these came in the correct size and style but the description said they would be the darker habana “oiled/waxy leather”. I’m a huge Birkenstock fan and was excited to own a pair of the ones described and shown in the picture on the listing. As you can see from the picture, the ones that arrived are the lighter colored “natural leather”. :(

I love birks....this is my 4th pair. They last forever and are so comfy. Just give yourself a few weeks to break them in. I suggest wearing them a few hours each day.

This is not as described. I ordered a Habana waxed and did not receive the correct color. They were delivered later than when I purchased. Since the color was wrong I took to a cobbler in our community and was told they couldn't be dyed because they aren't 100% leather like in the description. What a disappointment. At least the size was right.

Been wearing size 38 Birkenstock shoes for over 20 years and have owned many styles and these are cut too long. They feel clumsy when walking but I have already used them so can not return so will just have to buy another pair sometime and maybe give these to someone else with longer feet.When my heel is in the correct position the toe area is far too long and dragging the floor sometimes and when I scoot my feet forward where they should be on the toe area my heels are not in their proper position and the arch is under part of my heel which is not where it should be. The arch should be under my arch. Other than that they seem nice.

Most comfortable sandal I've ever had. Love the way shoe molds to your foot over prolonged use and especially love the "Florida" style with 3 straps, keeps the sandal from being a flip flop. This pair is replacing a pair I had for over 6 years and wear almost daily. Keeping my old pair awhile, love the well worn soft leather & comfort bed my foot has worn in shoe, kinda like a well worn baseball mitt. Amazon had the best prices for this shoe.
