Also had issues with coating
The coating peeled off sticking to the food and exposing the bare metal pan in spots on the basket. The basket is difficult to pull in and out of the unit and you have to really play with it to get it to close properly. When plugged in the unit is always on, so you have to constantly plug and unplug the unit instead of just using a power button, which can be a pain on smaller or tight counter spaces.

No longer safe with ceramic coating worn off
I do not recommend. I purchased this due to the ceramic surface but it has all worn off and no longer seems safe to cook with. The basket is hard to slide in and out, it is awkward. I messaged the company and their suggestion is to buy replacement parts. No thank you.
