Much better than the original battery supplied . Last so much longer

Purchased this as an extra battery for my Dewalt drill, the release clips on either side of the battery are very difficult to use to release the battery. Apart from that the this is a cheap alternative to the original battery.

Disappointed as this is not as powerful as the original batteries.

I looked at the reviews for these batteries and decided to listen o the better ones, my mistake. Bought 2 of these batteries for my 18v Dewalt circular saw as well as the jigsaw and alligator saw as they all take the same batteries. Anyway, arrived next day on Prime delivery, charged them up and only took 20 mins to charge. Plugged them into my circular saw, tried to take the battery out and could not, they were jammed. IN the end I had to get a flat head screwdriver to lever them out. Now I had sussed out how to take them out, I wanted to test the battery as I hadnt used my saw for months. I went to cut through a spare piece of worktop, the saw conked out halfway through the cut!!! Battery dead. I waited for the other one to charge, again, not too long, the charger light on my charger was not flashing so the battery was charged. Levered the battery out of the base with the screwdriver, put the new one in, it cut the worktop. I went to cut another strip off, and same again, the battery died. I was gutted as both batteries are useless, they cannot even manage half a cut through a standard chipboard worktop. So angry at this point as I had a few projects I wanted to do so had to use my corded saw and jig saw with the hassle of extension leads etc this is why we go for battery saws for ease of use. I will now be contacting Amazon Customer Service to obtain a refund. I forgot to mention that the box that both batteries arrived in was crushed and the original boxes the batteries came in were damp, so they will not be returned in the original cheap boxes. Save your money, cheap is not always the best, but, I have bought other cheap batteries before a few years ago and they were superb.

Just perfect for my old DeWalt right angle drill. Had some charge in it when arrived, so ran it flat. Fully charged it & used until it went flat again. Recharged it again, now seems to last a bit longer.Couldn't find my old DeWalt batteries g I knew they didn't hold much charge, but this worked perfectly.

Bought this as a replacement for my DeWalt DE9098 drill / driver and it fits just like the original and is 2 Ah additional capacity over the original which is nearing the end of it's useful life after 9 years of diy use. So I'm very happy with this replacement at a very competitive price.

Budget Buy ,plenty of punch .recommend .

It's not a perfect fit, blocks a little when mounting and dismounting but except that keeps the drill working.
