Microlearning: Short and Sweet

I really appreciated the consistent repeating format that allows this to be a continued quick resource for years to come. The value weighs on the research that supports proven best practices, while reinforcing the why, when and how to know if micro learning will engage and empower the learner. But most importantly, Kapp and Defelice provide an entire chapter on evaluating the effectiveness of the training, which is often undervalued and overlooked in corporate training, yet provides the data supported reinforcement for why measuring the effectiveness matters. Highly recommend for every training department and ID’s library.
