The Bad: The modern keypad lacks the comfortable feel of classic Nokia phones, making typing difficult. Worst customer support
The button is not working properly. I already informed the customer service representative, but they asked me to visit a Nokia Support Center. The nearest Nokia Support Center is more than 70 km from my hometown. I ordered this item only yesterday, but now I'm being told that it cannot be replaced or returned due to Amazon's policy. The customer service team is not understanding the customer's situation. My father is a very elderly man—how can he travel more than 70 km just to resolve this issue? I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the very poor customer support. This will be the last time I order from Amazon. I request you to please understand my situation and arrange a replacement or return for this defective product.
