Nashbar Pump L'Orange Hose V12

I've had great great success with my Nashbar Orange pump so when the head started to fail, I bought this hose and head assembly. It works great. The negative is that it doesn't have a smart head. You have to turn around the adapter to switch between presta and schraeder, which I need to do all the time. But since it works well, and I knew from the description that the head was reversible instead of smart, it's 5 stars and recommended.

For those trying to find a low cost fitting for your Schrader & Presta inflater this is your product! There are videos on line that show you how to replace the hose on your current inflater. I like the inflator with the pressure gauge but it's difficult to find one with the Presta fitting for a reasonable cost. This product has both Presta & Schrader heads. You need to manually unscrew and flip the fitting (shown unscrewed in the image) but it is high quality so I don't have an issue with that design feature. All components are high quality. Recommended.

I ordered this to retrofit a cheapo SunTour pump that the head had broken on. I lucked out and the internal diameter of the hose was nearly the same, so I was able to fit it with minimal modification to where the hose attached to the pump.Pros: The hose is plenty long and durable. The locking handle is robust. The fit of the head parts is solid. The whole assembly feels like good quality.Cons: You have to swap the head out to accommodate the other valve type, but this only takes ten seconds.
