Great idea, but flawed product.
Was so excited to get this umbrella right before rainy season, and when it arrived I carried it to work and back in its over-the-shoulder tube-shaped carry bag for weeks before it actually rained. The first time I removed it from the storage/carry bag, I noticed two major issues: (1) the perforations around the circumference of the umbrella had ripped, leaving a hole and (2) the photo of the umbrella here on Amazon appears to show a black umbrella with a black floral pattern, but it is actually navy. Very disappointed. Other than that, did it work to keep rain off? So-so. Not much better than a non-inverted umbrella. The handle also makes it hard to hook over the edge of window sills (like in my office) or edges of tables (like when you go out for lunch when it is rainy during the work day).

Broke after 7 months of regular wear and tear.
While I wish I could continue to RAVE about this umbrella about the beautiful color selections and unique, thoughtful funtionality (as I have for the last 7 months)-- none of that matters if the umbrella breaks after only 7 months of regular wear and tear. Now when I open it, it won't lock open; I literally ran to my car in a rainstorm with my hair holding the umbrella open over my head. $20 isn't crazy expensive but it should DEFINITELY last longer!!

Great design, somewhat portable
This umbrella's design is really useful for entering doors without causing a mess, and for allowing it to stand for drip drying (remember to dump out the water before bringing it inside!). The reverse orientation and double layer canopy make it bounce back easily from being blown out by the wind, and the C-shaped handle allows a good grip in various conditions. It is a bit large for commuter use in a backpack or laptop bag and so probably needs to be carried separately. Also, the rods have pointy metal tips so watch where you wave it in crowds.

Horrible Quality!
Great idea, but the fabric from the inside layer completely ripped in several places after only two uses... Horrible quality!

Love this umbrella
Love this umbrella. Love how it folds in, and that the pattern is on the inside. The arm hole is a little large for me and falls around. Also once its folded up, if you're not careful, water can spill from the inside out. I haven't figure out how to avoid that yet.

Perfect umbrella for windy conditions
I've had the worst luck with umbrellas, breaking on me within a few months after purchase. While I've only had this one for a few weeks, it's been great! The inverted feature is nice - keeps you dry and makes it easier to get in and out of the car. The "C" handle is convenient if you are carrying a bunch of items. You can slide it on your wrist and free up a hand. Windy weather will not affect this umbrella. It's double-lined and very sturdy.

Don't throw out the box!!!!
Very cute but received with broken tip..sewed it on to fix to avoid hassle of returning since I threw out the box and it still was sturdy it seemed. Today the handle fell off as I was carrying it. Only used 1x in minimal rain bought 2 weeks ago.

I love the concept
I love the concept. But when I received this the handle was not attached. It appears that the glue had come undone. I emailed the company 2 times without any response. Still waiting.
