This camera is super easy to install and we are definitely happy we bought it. My husband mounted it by our front door and it's nice to have peace of mind and quick access to any activity via the app that comes with it. When we have to leave the house for awhile and he's cooking something in the smoker, he can even use it to keep track of the temperature. It gives a very clear picture and think this was a good choice. I have not needed any tech support.

I've been wanting to get a video doorbell for years and i decided to give this one a try. It has exceeded my expectations. It works just as well if not better than name brands. It is wireless and battery run. Setup is simple. A video is recorded for you and stored in the app whenever the doorbell rings.

Good camera. Motion detection is very sensitive, even on low. Very efficient at recording, takes up less SD card space than others. Doorbell drops often. Very clear, crisp picture even at night. Gave us trouble connecting the first time but got it eventually. Hard wiring requires some parts to be bought or your existing transformer will get HOT, very hot. All in all, I’d buy it again

Easy to set up. Comes with a 32GB memory card already installed. The battery lasts for a while on a single charge.You have the option of saving your videos and images on the SD card or on their cloud for a little monthly fee. I like the super wide angle view and sharp night vision.

JUNK. First one I received did not detect motion, replacement sent, that one wouldn't hold a charge. Customer service was useless, slow and accused me of not knowing what I was doing, both went back. Save the aggravation, buy the better brand. I did return units to Amazon.
