How to disassemble
Glad I bought 2. Lost some small parts in the first one. Here are the directions. Unscrew the 2 bolts holding the switches in place, they are easy to remove. Look at the bottom where the switches are attached. There is one area to deform the plastic using needle nose plyers. Press the plastic together with the needle nose plyers and pry off the base. You do not have to remove the red button or button screw (that is where the small parts are located). Reassemble, the base can be pressed on, just line the slots up, etc. and then screw the switches back. Max panel thickness is about 1/8" if you are using the yellow label supplied. Good Luck

Can not disassemble or install :(
The ad says pry hereโฆ. But for the life of me I can not disassemble this switch. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for less headache.

Good quality
These are a 100% knock off of a Telemechanique product (now Schneider Electric). Look up ZB2-BE102C and you will see what I mean. The switch operator and contact blocks feature high quality plastics. The design is sturdy with good quality feel and switch action. The threaded locking ring for panel mounting is the weakest link, vulnerable to over torquing by folks that tend to overtighten things. Just don't overtighten and it will be OK. If you don't like Telemechanique/ Schneider products, you won't like these. Contacts are stackable, so more can be added if desired, but I would not add more than one extra layer of contact blocks.

I'm not sure I like the through hole mounting system. However the unit works well and was easy to install. Will be interesting to see how they hold up with time and use.
