The media could not be loaded.  Great for those special things you want framed! All came in great shape nothing broken and ready to use. Kind of a tight fit for your 11x8.5 pictures but it works and looks great

Purchasing this item for second time, overall product quality is great and held up really good over the years.Item came in a strudy package labelled Fragile in all of its sides, neatly padded inside with thermocol and vaccum sealed in sets of 3.Unfortunaltely, it still couldn't withstand the rough handling during transit and arrived with broken glass. But the customer service was so great and they took care of it right away. Will definitely purchase again!!

Very nice, easy to use plastic frame. Used these mixed with 8 x 8 frames from the same company for a wall display of bird photographs. The glass is very nice and is far superior to some of the clear plastic used in some frames. Something to keep in mind; since they are front mounted the photo is displayed full edge to edge. Unless you are using a matte or printing on oversize paper and trimming down to 8.5 x 11, the area of the 8.5 x 11 sheet that cannot be printed will be visible as a border. I just standardized that border at 1/4 inch on all the photos and it looks fine. I also liked that the same company provided a wide variety of frame sizes in the same style. Why only 4-stars? The shipment arrived very well packed but three of the six frames had cracks in the plastic at the corner. I have seen that noted on other reviews. I contacted Amazon and they sent a new 6-pack without requiring the return of the damaged ones. The replacement arrived very quickly with no shipping charges, in the replacement box all the frames were OK but one piece of glass had a chipped corner. Just replaced it with a piece from a damaged frame in the original order.

I used these frames for glass paintings. I read some reviews saying that glass panels came chipped or cracked, but all of my glass panels came in pristine condition! I was also glad to see how secure the frame held the glass in place, as I was worried about the frame possibly getting loose over time, but it appears to not be the case. Great value for what it is!

I bought this on a whim, needing a budget frame for some comics. There weren’t many reviews that I found regarding use with comic books other than it may or may not work. Thought I’d give it a try since it wasn’t too pricey compared to some frames made specifically for comics.It turned out great for modern age comics and I’m sure it would work for older comics as well. It does require some positioning to get it to work though since it’s slightly larger than a comic book, this allows for adding color paper behind the comic to make it pop (if wanted) I tried this initially and it all fit fine. I removed it since I saw the backing was plain black and decided to go with that. My only issue with the frame is that since it’s front loading, it’s kind of difficult to pop out. I accidentally broke one when trying to pop it in. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase and will be getting more.

I may never buy a traditional photo frame ever again!! I absolutely LOVE these front loading frames! They are the easiest frames I've ever had!I'm creating a Rick Springfield memorabilia wall in my home office and have 6 - 8.5 x 11 signed photos that I needed to put in frames. I have dexterity deficits from paralysis and have been putting off the project because it is so hard for me to put pics in frames. I ordered these frames because they are simple and won't take up alot of extra wall space. I didn't even notice they were front loading frames when I ordered them. I had planned to put the photos in frames in stages because it always takes so long for me to do these type of things. I started my "framing project" and couldn't believe how quick and easy it was. I was able to get all 6 photos framed in less than 30 minutes, including cleaning (wiping fingerprints) the frames. I just ordered a set of the 5 x 7 frames too. Love these frames!

These are 8.5x11 frames, but a sheet of paper is just a smidge of a millimeter larger than than the space for it, cause it to wrinkle a bit in the frame, rather than laying completely flat.

but the glass really does pop out and back in as easily as described. I used the first two to frame certificates and they look great.Unfortunately, I ordered a "6-pack", and it arrived damaged. There was an inner box from the manufacturer which arrived in an outer box from Amazon. The inner box was damaged. The outer box was not. So someone dropped it on its corner before they packed it (or the outer box was dropped on its side - the inner box was not cushioned in any way in the outer box), and one of the frames was broken. See the attached picture: the corrugated cardboard is crushed, the styrofoam is crushed, and the frame is broken, a tiny piece of glass on a corner broken off.I don't want to deal with a return for one of six frames, so I paid for six but received five. Four stars for "Value for money", and two for "Packaging" and "Sturdiness": (4+2+2)/3 = 2-2/3, so rounded up to three stars but really a little less.

They were everything I was looking for for a chapter of my series of drawing but two frames had broken glass in them upon opening package. Wich sucks now I have to order two more frames to complete my idea I was going for solid thick frames thin and deep seated hallow look. But a good product I’m sure it was just in shipping the damage got done. 5 stars for the price.

I was hesitant about these at first from seeing many reviews mention the broken glass, but I must of been very lucky - all 6 frames arrived in perfect condition, there was not a single cracked or scratched glass panel that I could see. For the price of around $30 for 6 frames (at time of purchase), it’s a pretty nice value pack. They aren’t super fancy nor heavy-duty frames but they are more than adequate for any basic framing needs. They can be hung on a wall or placed on a tabletop (using the included plastic stand piece). I bought these so I could frame and hang some art prints I recently purchased (to display without breaking the bank). Will possibly update later with photos when my prints finally arrive.

The frames are easy to place your pictures inside and provide options to hang or stand up in either portrait or landscape positions. The packaging is better and shipped good condition. Only need to be careful handling the glass, it could break. Out of the 12 frames I have ordered and used, one pane is broken, but no way it seems to get a new pane sent out... or is there?
