NOT BUTTER
- this is a palm oil product. Unfit for human consumption. Bought in error as I was in a rush, and thought I was buying Ghee.

Useable cooking ingredient.
Doesn't quite taste exactly like pure Ghee, but is quite close. Unfortunately you can distinguish this in the taste. Comes close and is much cheaper than pure Ghee. The manufacturers name suggests it's 'better' than 'Ghee', but I can't say it is.

This is not Ghee, shows in the texture, colour and taste. It is a tin of grease that I bought after being careless and not looking carefully enough at the packaging. it states 'Better Ghee' which is easily misread as 'Butter Ghee'. Shameful marketing and sadly shameful selling on the part of Morrisons Grocery. More the product you would expect to find on a run down market stall
