Great Machine - Great Value
I built my last gaming rig from components about 6-7 years ago, to the tune of about $1,300; it was pretty beefy for it's time. With technology advancement & inflation seeming to run on similar curves, it was looking like building a new rig was going to run about the same price, maybe a bit more. This 19028 from Microtel, fit the bill nicely & saved me good deal of time (farming all the components off the net, checking compatibility, assembly & installation of the OS).The concessions made (component wise) in purchasing a pre-assembled unit were pretty minor & could be easily upgraded at a later date. For example, adding an SSD.The machine is quiet, powerful, sharp looking (nice little bonus), runs very cool & was exceeding simple to boot up and get running. The builders did a fantastic job selecting, and more notably excluding, installed software. Very little superfluous bloatware; they did have Steam on there which was a nice touch.Usage & functionality is as expected. With 1 large hard drive, the initial spin-up isn't terribly quick, & bringing programs online takes about a 1/2 a second.Where this thing performs is in game, right where it's supposed to.Using the provided Invidia GeForce Experience program to optimize game settings, I'm running:Battlefield 4 @ mostly Ultra, W/4xMSSA & HBAOWargame: Airland Battle @ a mix of High, Very High and Insane settings. While I don't have FPS counts for you at the moment & can tell you there is zero chop, screen tearing, lag, artifacting or any of the other numerous issues that come along with any drop in frame rates.3DMark Benchmark results: 6396 overallAgain, the benchmark is right where it should be; not a blistering 9K like a true high end gaming machine, but a significant step up from a 3K score typical of a standard gaming laptop. The one & only minor (potential) negative I saw that there was no additional GPU support. Given the size of the card, it seemed to be a lot of strain for the connectors (particularly during shipping). While my concern seems to be unfounded at this point, I did go ahead and use a plastic zip tie (from the GPU to an open slot in the hard drive rack) to provide extra support for the GPU.All that said, I would not only recommend this machine & builder, but I would not hesitate to buy from them again. It's good to see new companies breaking into the market & succeeding. Competition is healthy.Well done to the folks at Microtel.

Gamer review
I see that there has not been a review written by a person good with computers and a gamer, so I am writing a review as I am both.First, you are ordering this for the liquid cooled i7 and the GeForce 670 gtx. If you aren't ordering for that, you can do better cost wise. The computer arrived needing the side taken off to reset the video card, it needed the Microsoft license installed (off of a very tiny sticker), and a bad wireless card. I replaced the wireless card with a $20 replacement and didn't bother shipping it back for that amount. However, the real technical knowledge you will need is adjusting fan speeds while gaming. I play SWTOR and Neverwinter nights. The computer can handle both of these games at very high graphics without any lag, but after a few hours, the computer would shutdown on heat.I adjusted the fan speed to start at 91F and be at full speed at 102F. At full speed the fans are very loud. They are quiet during normal operations. For quieter operations, I turned neverwinter nights down to 89% and SWTOR to high graphics. This is a nice solution for me as I cannot tell the difference in graphics and the fans stay on medium speed. The only problems I have is when I am in the neverwinter foundry and some kid created a light show that stresses the machine. The machine runs fine, but overheats. All in all a good gaming machine, but do not expect plug and play.

Inaccurate Advertising/Shady Business
I purchased this computer earlier this year and while the system itself works fine, the product did not arrive with everything it was meant to include.1.) The system came with a couple of Driver discs - Neither were for the product I ordered. After turning the system on, I looked into the Device Manager to find that some of the drivers for the motherboard had not been installed properly. Not having the motherboard driver disc, I had to open the case to find the Motherboard model number so I could track down and manually install the drivers on it myself.2.) After enjoying the system for a couple of weeks, I started receiving errors mentioning that I needed to register my copy of Windows 7. Curious as to this issue, I looked into the box to find the "Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Full Version CD - 64 bit" key that it is advertised to include, only to find nothing for Windows 7, at all.I gave their customer service line a call and was informed to sign up for a Virtual Machine service so one of their technicians could take a look at it. I obliged, even though this could have been easily solved by just giving me a key to register the OS.After the technician hopped onto my computer, he immediately closed out of the Registration window and tried to install "Remove WAT", a program used to remove the Windows Activation Technology to make the Windows Trial versions go past their intended expiration date.I then told the technician that I wanted an actual copy of Windows 7, not a pirated copy, and received no further responses since then. I was forced to reformat the system, purchase my own copy of Windows 7 and reinstall everything myself.3.) The system is meant to be shipped with 802.11bgn Wireless. It did not include any wireless capabilities whatsoever.I've built numerous PCs in the past and decided that this system, pieced together, costs about as much as it would cost for me to put it together myself. Being able to have someone else put it together and ship it to my doorstep made it seemed amazing so I decided to give it a try.Looks like I'll be going back to building my own PCs in the future.
