Where's the warranty?
I bought this from Amazon on June 18,2020, to replace a similar grinder from another vendor (no longer available) that broke in a fall. On September 15, 2020, the grinder mechanism broke. I couldn't find any warranty info on Amazon (which said check the vendor's website) or on the vendor's website, so I emailed the vendor's product support team, including the two photos attached to the review. To date, I've not received a response. Here's the text of the email:"I bought from Amazon a “Bonris Professional Stainless Steel Salt and Pepper Grinder…” on June 18, 2020 (see attached invoice), which was delivered June 19. It’s been in service since then grinding peppercorns. It broke this evening. The fitting on the peppercorn side of the grinding head, where three struts support the small platform through which the spring-loaded bolt is secured from the inside, gave way and the bolt and grinding wheel fell out, followed by a large number of peppercorns. There are two photographs attached that show the result.I had it set to a fairly fine grind, but it seems to me that the mechanism must have had a problem before I put it in service. I couldn’t find any warranty info on Amazon or on your website, but I’m hoping you might be able to replace the grinder housing as a gesture toward customer satisfaction. Having seen it after it disassembled itself, I think I could reinstall the bolt, grinding wheel, plastic washer and the control dial myself if I had a replacement housing for them. I’m disinclined to purchase a new grinder head before looking at reviews of the similar products offered by other suppliers. I thought I would try your product support first.Thanks."UPDATEDec. 3, 2020. Still no response, but I think I know why the unit failed. If the unit has been used for a coarse grind (my case), there will be peppercorns between the grinding faces. When it is adjusted for a fine grind, and there are already peppercorns in the grinding mechanism, tightening the grind with the dial can’t bring the grinding faces closer together. With peppercorns now trapped under pressure, the grinder tends to jam and twisting to continue grinding transmits rotational stress to the three struts that support the bolt. The problem is that after such an adjustment, because the grinding faces are separated by large peppercorns, the grind remains coarse and further adjustments mere add to the stress. The lesson for me is either adjust to fine grind in slow steps, grinding in between adjustments, or better yet, remove the grinding head, turn it over a sink, and rotate it counter-clockwise until the partially ground peppercorns fall out and the unit is cleared. Set the dial for a fine grind, and then replace the grinder on the glass jar and test it. If the grind is too small, it can be back off toward a coarser grind without risking a jam.The vendor needs to include some instructions to that effect, I think.

Works Good but Room for Improvement
Pepper grinder is very easy to fill and use. I like my pepper flakes on the large size so I usually keep mine on the largest option. There is room for improvement on the size adjustment. There are dots you choose from (see photo) but there's no marker to show which size you are selecting. I just twisted mine until I was getting the size flakes I like.

A gift for my wrist!
I bought this as a gift for myself because my old grinder was so hard on the wrist. This one glides so much easier and gets a decent amount of pepper for turns. I love it. I will be purchasing another one for salt soon!

Perfect size for frequent use!
I’ve had this for a few months and it is used almost daily since we love peppering our food. I like that it holds enough peppercorns, so I’m not constantly refilling the mill.

Good device but . . . .
Like the design and simplicity: you know what it is and how to use it. Stylish with glass and steel. Challenge is you have to use both hands and apply strength to make it grind which means your hands are directly above pan or pot and flame longer than is comfortable. That may be the price of having a device that does a good job of cracking the peppercorns in pretty uniform size and does not entail keeping a small plate or bowl on the counter since it has its own cover on which it stands.

Dangerous, never use this around food, not tempered glass.
The first one I ordered broke in in an odd way. I loved how it ground the pepper, so I purchased another one. The new one lasted less than a week an shattered on the counter ruining the entire meal. Glass absolutely everywhere. Yeah, I am an idiot. If you knock this grinder over on a counter, it will explode. At the very least if you purchase this, cover ever inch of the glass in tape to contain it when it breaks.

Update on Dec. 2020 purchase
Update July 2021. Got this as Christmas present for husband in Dec. 2020. Loved it UNTIL Today! A piece inside has broken and now it does not work! There were no papers with this so I cannot call to get replacement, or any info on warranty! I am Super Upset! This was a nice grinder but now it is a piece of junk!!! Can I GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT?! My Original review...."This is a nice grinder. The coarseness can be adjusted, plus the rubber funnel comes in handy when using for certain food items. I would have given higher rating but there were no cleaning instructions or details about the adjustment feature. High quality clear glass so easy to see if you need to refill".

Cheap,but not cheerful...
This grinder belongs on the garbage, and not in anyone's kitchen. The grinding mechanism does NOT work as advertized. It is way too small to handle any but the smallest grains of salt or peppercorns.Unfortunately I was tempted by the marketing description and price, and ended up regretting it.
