Swanson Full Spectrum Coleus Forskohlii 400 mg 60 Caps 3 Pack

This stuff is an excellent supplement. Packaged well and works well.

I am taking this herb for my possible Asthma. I have not had any issues my entire life with asthma until now and so I have had problems knowing how to treat. Not wanting to fill my body up with albuterol, steroids, and antibiotics I landed myself in the ER and the Urgent Care earlier this year in respiratory distress. (read: wheezing so badly that I could barely breathe) Prior to these two episodes I had taken Airaide, OSHA, elecampane, respirin, and lomatium. (Side note: OSHA seemed to work the best, but not well enough!) Obviously I had to either start taking conventional medications or find some alternative that actually worked! (my preference) My Naturopath told me about Coleus. The first week I took it, I felt MAJOR relief in my chest. No more wheezing! I wasn't sure if it was the Coleus or a variety of other things so I stopped the Coleus and the wheezing returned in a matter of hours. Amazing!! I now take two of these little pills per day (1 in the morning 1 in the afternoon) and I haven't had to use an inhaler in months. If I do not take two a day, I start to feel slight wheezing in my chest by late afternoon. It is truly amazing to me how well it works. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The product does help as a dietary supplement.

As with most supplements, different strokes for different folks.The product is a 2 pack 60 day each supply for a total of 120 days. So to give the evaluation of the product a fair chance to show results requires 120 days.i.e. April – July. I wrote the review after I completed using the product (end of July) and I was very kind and fair in my review. Be aware of the refund policy of only 30 days. Since it took 120 days to access the product performance I was not provided a refund that I requested.V/R

My body does not respond well to steroids so I researched natural helps for my asthma. I found Coleus Forskohlii in many of my searches. I have used this in one form or another for over 2 years. It works well for me and is much less expensive that my nebulizer meds. I keep an emergency inhaler just in case but I am very satisfied with this!

Been using this for a few years. Helps keep my eye pressure down.
