I really like this Christmas tree topper. It is very sturdy, bright and cute. Feels very festive and Christmas-y without being super traditional. The metal its made out of is thick so it holds it shape but not too heavy. There is twine weaved thru the star to give it more of an artsy look and feel. The lights are very bright and will look beautiful lighting up the room on top of the tree. It takes AA batteries and has the switch that hangs. My only concern is if my tree is very tall I am going to have to have my hubby turn it on and off. Overall I am very pleased with this topper for only $10 it is a great value. I cant wait to get it on my tree.

I love the look of this tree topper. My only complaint is about the battery box. While I appreciate the length of the cord to be able to be reached, I feel like it is a little too long. If I let it just hang, it was too heavy and noticeably tilted the top of the tree. I attempted wrapping the battery box with the cord and tucking it into the tree. This helped, bit would fall at the slightest touch. It was just more of an annoyance than anything.

This warm glow an soft colors are so beautiful on the tree .. there is no worries about plugging into the wall it’s battery operated.. I love mine an get lots of compliments on it as well .. had mine for over a year now an it’s still working great !

I love this star, but the battery pack didn't have a cover to hold them in. I put tape over them to hold them in because I didn't want to mess with a return and replacement. Overall though I love it.

This is a beautiful tree star and more affordable than what you’ll find in mass retail stores.I’d have given it five stars except for two glaring issues:1.) the spiral “cone” that secures it to the top of the tree does not like artificial trees. I had a devil of a time trying to get it to stay straight.2.) the battery compartment screw was stripped on delivery and would not come out all the way, had to pry it off which cracked it. Nothing a little tape can’t fix but it was very flimsy.Either way, beautiful product, but the above two concerns make me feel it’s still a bit overpriced.

Looks beautiful. Would have given 5 stars but the batteries die very fast.

The topper was well boxed and it came in great shape. I just put it up today so I cannot respond with how long the batteries last, but will edit later. In the description it says it takes Two Batteries to operate, but it offers a third battery slot.

The batteries run out really fast, and it’s definitely a yellow tint warm white bulb color, but the wood on the star looks incredible with our buffalo check Christmas decor.
